The reason I am giving this place a three star review while I give everything else on this specific location. A five star review is because I love the people who are employed here and they deserve all the credits they get but subway as a monopoly is not a good brand. I know that they do not have a complete hold over sandwiches, but they have been around forever and they continue to pay people low wages, and also continue to seem unnoticed by the media, especially after all of the Jared from subway incident. One guy was working during a busy lunch hour, and he was preparing online orders. I think his name is Matthew. Not only was her working extremely fast, but he was accurate, and he was friendly and polite. Even though I had to wait a bit longer it was worth it to be around such professionalism. Some people did walk out when the saw the line and that only one person was there.

Every time I go in to get a sandwich from this location of they are out of something. Meatballs one day. Tuna the next visit. Now they have the new pretzels and they are out. The manager never keeps the store stocked . I won't be going here from now on.

Matthew did a very good job by himself, he was the only one making everyone's food. The effort he put is very great and a stand out give him a raise. He kept going and magement should recognize that.

UNACCEPTABLE that during peak hours (4:30 to 5pm), only one person working. That one person is working his butt off, but when trying to get your kids to church school, and you have to wait almost 30 minutes to get served, something needs to be done!!! Hopefully the owner sees this and addresses the problem, or I'll find another place. Too bad because this is so convenient.
