There was a lady that touched everthing and after without her gloves she picked up a tray of a fresh batch of bread and started putting it into the place where we choose the bread we want and she put it in with her BARE HANDS. There was also another guy there and he also touched everthing and still touched our food with the dirty gloves he was wearing. Overall I did not think the staff really cared about the hygiene of there service.

Check your order before you leave. Ordered online for a footlong with extra meat. Got a 6-inch with very small meat. Very disappointed. Too tired to go back to the store after a long day of work. Don’t come to this place. They will scam you.

Ever since they hired the new manager in Feb, this place finally turned around! The staff actually cares and takes pride in their work. The place is super clean now and the food is fresher.

well, second time ordering online for 4 people from this location. Second time around order was missing tomatoes on 1 sandwich, cheese on two sandwiches… had to substitute one sandwich, stated exactly what I wanted and still got the third sandwich wrong.. i give up…

So I was with my dauther and it was our turn the girl was realy rude with us because I didn't speak English my dauther tried to help me but the girl just ignore then my dauther ask if the bread could be soft the girl did not pay atencion then we were going To eat and we did not have napkins so we were going to get some and the girl said she had gave us some but she did not the food was not that good I realy didn't like this subway one star😡

Where do I even begin?. I wish I could give zero stars. Veggies are not fresh, and the finished sandwich just messy, like what a two year old put together. I'm never coming back here.

I stood at the counter for 40 minutes before being helped. There was only 1 person working, and online orders took priority over in person guests. I stood there while online customer after online customer walked in and got served before me. Even those who placed their orders 5 minutes before walking in got served before me. Six people were in line behind me they ALL left before ordering. The only reason I stayed was because my 90 year old parents really wanted me to get subway for them. The manager should do better, hire more people or show up herself. Why loose customers and why make in person guests go unserved?

Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids here unless they are ok with standing in line for an hour to order.

Went to get a sandwich which yea it tasted good but getting rushed out of there so the older lady behind the counter can get rid of customers is ridiculous. Just because of her I will never come back to this location terrible customer service.

I placed an order online and ordered the chicken teriyaki and got stake!!! Then I called like 20 times they did not answer. Terrible service 2 people there doing nothing and they can't even answer the phone.

They finally answered as I was explaining the issue with my order. They were very rude and hung up on me. He is a tall young man and an old lady with orange hair. After the comments, this place needs to be closed down, I am shocked they are still in business.
