Went un to order a few sandwiches. Young lady was cleaning tables no greeting. We stood around for a while and still no acknowledgment. We eventually left while she still cleaned the tables. It was 6 of us (black). Walking to the car we held the door for two Asians, the worker told them hello and went to make their food. Won’t be back! 9/21/24 2:30pm

Tonight I received the most mediocre customer service of my life. The two girls on the night shift are terrible at handling customers. We, the customers, did not choose that job for them, so please do not take your frustrations out on us. If you are a good manager, check the cameras at closing time so you can see how horribly they run your business.

I’ve NEVER had tough chewy Italian herb and cheese bread at Subway until today. Those two women should wear masks because they never stop talking and complaining. UNPLEASANT! Rolling R’s all over people’s sandwiches. We’ll pass on this location. Rude as hell. Acted like we were disturbing them even though our order was simple! SMH??

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but I think someone from upper management needs to remind subway that sandwiches/wraps are supposed to be made the way the customer prefers them. Im not talking extra meat or cheeses- Im talking veggies.I got a turkey, avacado, bacon wrap and wanted to add pickles. I was told i could not add veggies to the wrap I wasbuying. So much to catering to every cravingSubway at highland knolls.

Two people working were slow and not very customer oriented. Sandwich barely had any chicken on it. Had to go back and get extra. Been to this one a few times while traveling to Katy. Same thing every time. I rarely do this but I do not recommend this location.

Very disappointing. They used day old bread. We ordered at 10:40 am and all the bread we got was stale.
No complaints. Fresh food. Great service from the young crew. It's never to crowded so u get your food fast. Oh and sandwiches taste great.
