I was the only customer in the store and it took about 25 minutes to make a sandwich. The worst part is, I left without a sandwich. Customer service was horrible! I truly couldn’t express that enough. Don’t waist your time and money.

Cancelled order from app and not able to retrieve info. Barely speaking English, just upsetting how they handled. Provided number to call for refund and no one answers. Cancelled with bank…good luck with this store.

I like Subway, but this branch is just not it. The employees are consistently rude, often leave out ingredients, and my last visit (which will truly be my last) was unacceptable. One worker picked up her phone in the middle of making a sandwich. Not only is that unprofessional, but she didn’t change her gloves afterward and continued touching her phone while digging for ingredients.

We all know phones are one of the dirtiest things we handle daily, and from the look of her phone it hasn't experienced the touch of a Clorox wipe. Thankfully, my sandwich was made by another employee; otherwise, I would have asked them to remake it with clean gloves. The entire point of wearing gloves is to maintain hygiene, but they reuse the same pair from one sandwich to another...which defeats the purpose entirely.

I won’t be eating at this location again. I’d rather drive a few extra miles to another Subway. Hopefully, management sees this and takes action.

Similar experience to other customers. The woman who made my sandwich was super rude and acting like I was bothering her while I was ordering. She kept giving me dirty looks and ruined my whole appetite. I felt I should share I won’t be returning to this location, ever!

You could feel the hostility when you walk. In. I had an online order and patiently waited a bit as I saw they were dealing with a customer. I wasn't even acknowledged. I was clearly waiting by the cash register for a online order and my order was right Infront of them. When I finally approached and interrupted what the TWO employees were handling to ask for my sandwich, I wasn't awknowledged at all and it felt incredibly awkward grabbing my sandwich and then saying thanks (for nothing)and get no response. Just poor awful customer service. I know most people working in the fast food industry hate their jobs but you got to fake it till you make it. I work customer service and I know how to throw on a facade. I usually go to the other Subway around the block, but this was the only location open near me at this time. Definitely won't be back though. Customer service is everything when it comes to business operations.

The damn subway app is a scam! You guys have us use the app to order for delivery and then you don’t provide a valid contact number for us to contact you when our food never arrives! I waited over an hour for this order. I watched on the app the driver sit in the same area after telling me he could not find the address. I attempt to call no answer. I text him no answer. I call the drive no answer! An hour later I get a message that my food will arrive at 7:23 but it’s already 7:44! Then I get another text that says my driver left the food at a secure location. I check my door nothing. Then I go back in the app and it says my food was returned to subway. I attempt to call DoorDash and because I didn’t order directly through them all they do is call the same number I’ve been calling that no one answers! Then they submit a stupid form online to contact subway. I want my money back! Someone needs to contact me ASAP it should not be this hard to get in contact with someone that works for this company.

I ordered on doordash 6/23 and was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t ate Subway in almost 2 years but they had a good deal on doordash. I got 2 foot longs & some cookies for 18.99. The sandwiches were made correctly & tasted fresh & tasty. The cookies were a bit too crisp for my liking, but everything tasted good! The workers on shift did their magic on my food thank youuuuuu

We had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The woman with short hair and tattoos was rude and had poor customer service. She mumbled while speaking, and even the customer behind us had to ask her to repeat herself because he couldn’t hear her. She avoided eye contact and didn’t seem friendly or approachable.

We had a valid coupon for two footlongs for $12.99 (expiring 05/03/2025). They scanned it once, said it wasn’t working, and immediately told us there was nothing they could do. As someone who’s worked in fast food, I know there are usually ways to manually honor valid coupons if the system glitches. It felt like they didn’t even try.

Unfriendly staff and poor service. Subway, you should consider hiring people who actually care about customer experience.

4/10/25 at 8:30 First of walked in to pick up our online purchase woman did not greet was standing behind the counter to the corner talking on her phone order was on register since she did not acknowledge us we just grabbed order and left when I got home to eat my sandwiches they were cold cheese was cold and hard on both my sandwiches and bread was not toasted as we requested tried calling restaurant no response twice.

This store needs serious attention. The guy working on 02/01 evening shift looks very young and new. He is very slow. Doesnt even smile. Messed up all the orders the one before us and ours. Uses the same knife for multiple sandwiches and i literally had to stop him cause it was a spicy sandwich. This is not the first time and i wrote a review before but nothing changes

I went to this location with my mother, niece and nephew. The manager was a young lady who did a good job. Unfortunately she was working with two elderly women who don't really speak English and didn't communicate well with the customers nor one another. They simply only made things more complicated and difficult for the manager. What could have been a good experience ending up being the worst. The elderly women mixed the orders for the people standing in line. That I ended up paying before the two people standing behind me🤦🏼‍♀️the elderly women need to practice on their English communication skills and with another. I understand Spanish too and the elderly women still can't communicate well in Spanish either with one another.
