Absolutely the worst service imaginable !!!!! I would never go to this Subway ever again !!!!! The employees were so unbelievably unpleasant. They seemed put out making 2 simple sandwiches. One wouldn’t rather label than assist in our order. I was so annoyed with the lack of customer service that I walked out; might I mention we were the only customers there. Now I know why !!!! Do Better !!!

The service was horrible. The guy making the sandwiches was not very sanitary. Drink machine did not work. No ice, the attitude was not of concern for the customer. We were rushed. I will never eat there again. Just pay attention. Not recommended

Terrible experience, won’t be coming here again. I came in to order two sandwiches in a hurry and I got to experience some of the worst service that set me back on my lunch break. This middle aged Hispanic male who claims he’s the manager with no name tag refused to do right by my order. He never asked me if I wanted my tuna sandwich toasted and when I told him that I only wanted the bread and cheese toasted he told me he couldn’t do that because the tuna was already on the bread and he couldn’t get another bread. We went back and fourth for over 5 minutes until he decided to call his lead and after no response, he finally decided to make the sandwich the way I wanted. The worst part is that he refused the fact that he was in the wrong. Even though he never asked us he refused to do right and even got passive aggressive with my mother. Just completely unacceptable. I’m disgusted of how low service has fallen. What happened?

My son just slipped and fell as soon as he walked into this store bcuz of how slippery the floor was. There was NO sign or any warning of the floor being unsafe to walk on. My son has a few injuries that I will be reporting and watching closely to see if they worsen. The two employees act as if they can't see how bad the floor is and completely unconcerned about my son's welfare from falling at their negligence.

Hands down one of the worst Subways I’ve every been to. I walked in and no one even said anything. I was the only customer there and they were doing nothing. In fact there was a lady that walked straight to the back as soon as I opened the door. She was on the phone and taking things out of the oven without gloves. Then one of them finally came out and still barely spoke. I asked for spinach on my sandwich and it was the first time I’ve ever experienced someone sprinkling spinach. She literally put like 4 leaves on my sandwich. I should have just walked out then. The bread was undercooked and the cookies were overcooked. It’s been a while since I’ve gone to Subway so idk if it’s just this location or Subway all together but I will definitely not be returning.

The lady behind the counter was picking up all of the meat and vegetables with her hands. No gloves at all- unsanitary seems like that ought to be a public health report. And when I asked her, why was she doing that and why didn't she have gloves? She looked at me as if what's the big deal? I'm like, ma'am. You don't have gloves on that is unsanitary. No action . Do not eat at this Subway. It is disgusting. I turned away and left and have not been back since I work right across the street in the medical plaza near Methodist

No ice the drinks are not cold idk what is going on here. Paid almost 10 bucks for a 6in chips no drink cause it was hot. She said no ice but usually the drinks are still cold nope.

I came to this restaurant at 7:35 P.M.February 21/24 what to expect that the girl who serves goes into the store, she was with her boyfriend kissing and touching and so she arrived without washing her hands to serve me
I was treated with bad responses and in a very rude manner by apparently the manager since I had a shirt on, I did not place the order because of the way she behaved ?????

Don’t waste your gas. My husband and children came to eat dinner & asked for “Italian herb & cheese bread” the lady told him they were out . Then as he was paying, he noticed the lady take out the Italian herb & cheese bread for her OWN sandwich. When my husband asked her why he was told they were “out” she said that bread was being saved for her sandwich. Just the whole vibe of the restaurant was as sour as it smelled inside

I wouldn't recommend that you go to this Subway unless you are no I am not racist before I say this Mexican speak Spanish from Mexico Again I am not racist they just don't understand other people such as myself they only understand Spanish only I don't have anything against that no I'm not going to take up Spanish no I'm not going to Google my order in Spanish so that they can know what I want and they don't have fresh vegetables so I had to request fresh everything However they will not wash their hands before they glove up they have been touching money etc. and they still won't wash their hands before they glove up I do not appreciate that whatever they don't understand you they don't speak English they'd be looking at you crazy I use my app to pay for my food a number of times and it took off more than one payment I left the store they wanted to get my license plate To pay for food someone please tell me how is my license plate going to pay for my food or again After so many different transactions I did walk out of the store however they will not see me again. Someone needs to retrain them I don't think they have ever been trained if you are going to hire someone you need to make sure that they know all of these steps. I am very big on Koil's contamination so I wouldn't recommend anyone go here if they are not big on cross-contamination such as myself however like your food the way you like your food have anyone fictional food if you are happy with that I will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible service we came in 15 minutes before they closed and the lady was complaing that our order was gonna take forever when it took 5 minutes to make and she call me and my family fat because we wanted 3 foot longs and she kept complaing and complaing about she was gonna leave late. She should be removed from closing hours if they are going to be closing 15 minutes before actual closing and she didnt toast our bread ive had better service at a gas station than this horrible place never again will i or my family come here
