Dont know why I even bother. 2nd time I've gone to this location to try and get breakfast. Online says 9am, front door say 9am. Sandwich artist standing outside the front door at 9am. I ask him are y'all open? He says nope not until 10am. You know when I was managing at 7 different subways for VKC group we had to be open and ready by 7am and I dont get it. Why can't these managers be open on time. Very disappointed in Subway.

This place is the pits. No complaints about the food. None at all.
But staff with limited English knowledge make it difficult. Waiting at beginning of counter while employees do their non-customer tasks is hard to swallow. Being told it will just be a minute so they can take chip boxes to back... and keep on filling racks... made me walk out.
Final straw? Letting somebody bring in their 2 or 3 dogs. 1 or 2 in stroller, other held at chest / neck level while owner ordered food at prep counter.
I have turned and walked out twice so far. Next time will be last I step into the shop.

Ordered from app, got charged but my order didn’t go through to the store. Told me to reorder from app again to get the 6.99 deal on ft long like on the commercial. We refused so we’re not out more money and still no food. Why would we lose money on nothing twice? Do better.

First visit to this location. Ordered 6" tuna, very little tuna, cannot see the meats, cheese or tuna, they had the cover up so you cannot see what it looks like prior to ordering. I could see a corner of the tuna and on one side there was cheese or something that shouldn't be in the tuna, in the tuna, I could tell that was not put on my sandwich. Not very clean. I will not return to this location, even if it means driving further.
