Customer service sucks. Workers had me waiting to get service because they was working on online orders, I stood there for 15 mins and they still didn’t service me so I just left. I would definitely not recommend coming here. Unprofessional!

The manager speaks very badly to the employees and scolds them in a rude way in front of the customers
Very bad service, they don’t let you use the restroom even tho they had 10 more minutes to close. So I decided not to buy my food, employees don’t care about their job now days.

It is not the first time that it should be open and it is closed, they do not comply with the schedules and they only leave a note on the glass that is truly unprofessional.
I stop here for a veggie delight and cookies often. The customer service is always good and the restaurant is always clean.

If I can give zero stars I would. The lady was working the counter was very rude. Refused to tell me who her manager was and didnt show even a little interest when asked about a promotion that shows their restaurant should be running. She also didn’t give me any napkins in my bag to go and made me grab my own. No customer deserves to be treated like this. If you don’t like your job, QUIT!!

Horrible service more than one woman who serves terrible service, outskirts I wanted me to buy the one she told me I have been to others and they are very friendly but here it leaves a lot to be desired ?

ordered online. they didn't have the cheese i wanted which is fine, i understand. they got my delivery driver to ask me what other cheese i wanted, which i appreciated. but they put stuff on my sandwhich that i did not ask for, which was fine for me since i liked everything they put on it, but it could be a problem in the future with people who don't happen to like it. I ordered 3 sandwiches, all toasted, and none of them were toasted when I got my food. food was good, just little things that were messed up

We walked in and NO said a word. They did not say will be with you in a minute. Nothing. The tall guy looked right through us. The short girl didn't look up once. Just some customer service would have been good. l think, need to have a conversation with corporate.
