Went in to order 4 sandwiches and the service was horrible. Seems like the employees didn't know one thing about making the sandwiches and very rude. Also their attention span was that of a toddler. Sandwiches had barely and product on them and if you asked for more they acted like you asked for their whole supply. Will never go to that subway again.

I want to give a big shoutout to Dreyden. He’s a young worker, but he handled my order with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. He stayed focused and respectful the whole time, even when the situation around him wasn’t the easiest.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was unnecessarily rude to him while he was doing a great job. That didn’t sit right with me. Shes actually rude all the time.
Dreyden deserves recognition—he’s the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back.

went to the subway yesterday before my long shift at work just ordered two sandwiches basic sandwiches. Nothing crazy once I got to my car and drove away and started eating my sandwich. The bread was hard as a brick. I’m not even kidding. I couldn’t eat the sandwich honestly, I was so pissed off And I didn’t have time to go back to complain so I decided to call I called about 10 times I actually even called the next day and no one would answer the phone. I understand that the worker that made my sandwich is new to the team, but he needs to be properly trained and you guys need to get your phone Fixed I am super disappointed in this location and even though I live next-door, I will never be back. I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s and pay double the price. and do double the drive

Customer service sucks. Workers had me waiting to get service because they was working on online orders, I stood there for 15 mins and they still didn’t service me so I just left. I would definitely not recommend coming here. Unprofessional!

The manager speaks very badly to the employees and scolds them in a rude way in front of the customers

Very bad service, they don’t let you use the restroom even tho they had 10 more minutes to close. So I decided not to buy my food, employees don’t care about their job now days.
It is not the first time that it should be open and it is closed, they do not comply with the schedules and they only leave a note on the glass that is truly unprofessional.

If I can give zero stars I would. The lady was working the counter was very rude. Refused to tell me who her manager was and didnt show even a little interest when asked about a promotion that shows their restaurant should be running. She also didn’t give me any napkins in my bag to go and made me grab my own. No customer deserves to be treated like this. If you don’t like your job, QUIT!!
