Cross contamination policy is joke for employees here; dropping pieces of meat to other option, making it contaminate. Workers needs to be trained and instill into their brain( no cross contamination)I wouldn’t recommend to those who have dietary restrictions because of the religion or allergy to certain food

Usually this is my preferred Subway. It’s always clean and quiet. I’m a bit upset with my visit this time around. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and my order was not correct. The Philly Cheesesteak did not have double meat as requested and the Black Forest Ham did not have extra protein either. This order was for my husband and when I got home he showed me and I went straight back up there. I politely asked that they remake both correctly. They agreed that the Philly Cheesesteak was lacking steak. However, they refused to remake the Black Forest Ham sandwich. They said it had the correct amount of meat which clearly it didn’t. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just let them remake the Philly Cheesesteak and kept the Black Forest Ham sandwich as it was. I shouldn’t have to stand in line to make sure my order is completed correctly. Don’t have an app if you aren’t going to be mindful of what a customer orders.

Dont waste your money here. I gave them two chances… and they mess up each order every time. Asked for toasted, they couldnt do that. Asked for double protein, they made sure to put less than a regular sized serving. Its like the sandwich artists hate their job so much that they try their best to make that stingiest sandwiches to make them feel better. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

My wife and I came in yesterday and received the worst customer service possible. We gave them benefit of doubt at first because we thought the customer in front of us was simply being rude, but in reality it was the worker. The man that was working at 6pm yesterday was rushing us, being rude and nearly cut his own coworker, gave us attitude, and was ignoring us. He took off his glasses acting like that would make him hear better and when we gave him instructions he proceeded to go slow and give us mean looks. The only positive thing about this whole experience was that the lady gave us a BOGO 50% offer because she saw how poorly treated we were being, but he still proceeded to disagree with that decision. Whoever that man was needs to have a seat with management to discuss his customer service qualities and reflect on his career path. We will not be going back to this location.

Hello went in to get my birthday cookie. The lady said order it online. So I did. Went back. She said system not working. Check back 1 hour later. She looks at me said in a nasty way, we never received order. Madam be sensible. This is a cookie dough that I could get in dollar store and bake 5 of those same cookies. Because you very mean and horrible to doing a kind act. I will never return to buy anything there which is inclusive of all family and friends. Was this worth it to you. Next time be kind to everyone. Brown, yellow, pink. Be nice

The rude woman not sure if she’s a manager started talking to me in spanish and automatically I felt like she’s was not happy I was there first and foremost I am a us citizen unlike her she has a heavy accent , I explained what I wanted and she did whatever she wanted I asked her if my order was right and she told me you didn’t say that I apologize and she didn’t respond I again apologize and said I didn’t meant to confuse she just looked at me like that even bothered her. Other staff members have been very nice and helpful but I will not go back because of her attitude. But I will report her to ice her broken English won’t save her

I usually come on my lunch break all the time and purchase my lunch, and they use to allow me to use the restroom but now the new worker doesn't allow me too which is annoying because I always spend money there.

I ordered two foot long subs. Let me tell you. I don’t know if it’s just this location or all. But they put 4 slices of cheese when it used to be 6-8. They put two slices of salami and pepperoni. Bro really? Then the veggies was a disgrace. A pinch of lettuce, 3 tomatoes, 6 slivers of onion, and literally 6 rings on olives and drowned it in mayo. Never again.
