The rude woman not sure if she’s a manager started talking to me in spanish and automatically I felt like she’s was not happy I was there first and foremost I am a us citizen unlike her she has a heavy accent , I explained what I wanted and she did whatever she wanted I asked her if my order was right and she told me you didn’t say that I apologize and she didn’t respond I again apologize and said I didn’t meant to confuse she just looked at me like that even bothered her. Other staff members have been very nice and helpful but I will not go back because of her attitude. But I will report her to ice her broken English won’t save her

I usually come on my lunch break all the time and purchase my lunch, and they use to allow me to use the restroom but now the new worker doesn't allow me too which is annoying because I always spend money there.

I ordered two foot long subs. Let me tell you. I don’t know if it’s just this location or all. But they put 4 slices of cheese when it used to be 6-8. They put two slices of salami and pepperoni. Bro really? Then the veggies was a disgrace. A pinch of lettuce, 3 tomatoes, 6 slivers of onion, and literally 6 rings on olives and drowned it in mayo. Never again.

This location is very sketchy. The drink machine has not been working for at least several weeks. After I ordered my food and it was prepared he tells me drink machine is broken. There's a cooler with some bottled drinks but the cooler was not working either. I asked if there was any ice and he gives me a clear tiny solo cup. Couldn't even get a regular size cup to pour a drink in. There needs to be a sign on the door that says no cold drinks and no fountain drinks before people order. I was going to dine in but I got the hell outa there.

Sandwiches are okay, but every time I've been there in the past few weeks, the soda machine has been down. If you're looking forward to a fountain soda with your meal, you may want to call ahead. Another close location has the same soda machine issue, not sure what's going on.

The woman employee with short hair was extremely rude and just threw the items in there. She had the attitude of not wanting to be there as well as not even spreading out the veggies on multiple sandwiches .

Not sure what’s going on with the bread at this location, but it seems they’re not making it correctly. Came in for a breakfast sandwich and they didn’t have the items already even though they were open. Had to wait 10+ minutes for them to heat up menu items that should be prepped before the store opened.
I've been eating here since 2019 after moving in Katy . It has changed owners and subsequently has gone down hill. I recently ate here spending 30 dollars. I bought the food home and both my husband and I instantly knew the meat was old .I was so disappointed and sadly will not be returning to this subway again. Bite into your sandwich and make sure it's fresh. The meat taste as if they are not packing it well at night and storing it properly

Came in on Friday & found out that the sand which 6in with the drink and chips for $6.99 is no longer available, from my understanding I thought it was supposed to be over December 20 something ish, they made me come for nothing and I had to pay full retail price, I went specifically for the deal and I couldn’t even get it! The sandwich tasted old too the meat was cold even after I had asked for it toasted

The saddest Subway sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It looked like the person preparing it had run the bread over with an airplane, and they barely filled it with the ingredients I asked for. Terrible experience.
