Horrible is horrible. They did not know what I was asking for in my sandwich and didn’t add onions in my sandwich like I asked . Don’t go to this subway place .

This subway is complete trash. This arrogant lady making the sandwiches has no intent of meeting simple customer service needs. She didn’t even ask me what I wanted on the sandwich, I would say what I want and then she’d just look up like a fool. No offering of a drink or a cookie when I went to pay. When I was paying , another customer came , and another employee walked out the back smacking their lips because they had to make a sandwich for another customer.

I had an absolutely disgusting experience at Walmart today. I went into the men’s restroom, and right next to me, an Indian Subway employee in their branded uniform came in. He used the toilet and walked right out without washing his hands! Out of sheer disbelief, I went over to the Subway section afterward, and there he was, serving customers. It’s horrifying to think about, knowing he didn’t even bother to wash his hands before handling food. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I won’t be recommending anyone to eat at this location ?

Was going to leave an okay review but once I started eating it just kept getting worse. 1stly the paper had sauce all over it. Overstuffed with veggies. As I attempted to eat it was too much and they were all falling out. Ate what I could but couldn't finish..... I ordered cookies with my meal however I was giving the wrong cookies. And on top of that. The chocolate chip cookies I was giving weren't fully baked. Hard pass on ever going to this location again.

We shop at Walmart at least a couple of times a week. Frequently we will check out the Subway specials. Most times it's some buy one get one free or use the app kind of incentive, sometimes it's just one of the daily specials. I don't know how long this particular location has not been participating in the daily specials. But that was my question when I walked up to the counter today. The associate working at the front said that they didn't have daily specials and I said since when and his comment was kind of shrugging his shoulders. Well I pulled my phone out he meandered off to the back and brought out what he said was a manager. I asked that gentleman the same question about the daily specials. Okay, it's one thing to either not have a special or have just cancel it as it has run its course. This guy just kind of looked at me like he didn't give a care if I ordered a sandwich from him ever! I said when did you stop doing the daily specials? He said that they had never done them. I'm pretty sure that that statement was inaccurate so I showed him on the phone that Subway does daily specials. Now the caveat to that is that Subway has a disclaimer saying that all locations do not adhere to the daily special incentive. His comment was that they had never done them. Like I said I'm not sure that's true at this location but I didn't want to argue. But his insistence on them never doing it was snotty and rude to say the least. I've been asked about other specials and he said there weren't any. I asked if they had made the transition over to Pepsi and got a shaking of the head from left to right, and at that point I was waiting for somebody so I just ordered a small soda. Upon receiving my cup and heading over to the beverage area and I am posting photographs of this. I observed numerous gnats at the beverage dispenser and tea area (you notice in the beverage picture, that two of the tea dispensers are very low one is extremely low and the fourth one is completely empty and if you were to look at it very closely, in the restaurant I mean, you would notice that it has been empty more than just today, disgusting). There was trash on the counter and some unidentified "stuff" beside the beverage dispenser I also noticed what appeared to be ketchup or barbecue sauce spilled on the floor, with some trash along with it and barbecue sauce on the chair seat. Not knowing when those items had landed there I didn't get too caught up and the fact that they had not been cleaned. But after sitting at one of the table bar tops, and noticing that the two associates weren't doing anything (as evidenced in the associates sitting on the countertop looking at their phone in the picture with the trash on the floor), again also pictured that's when I decided to post about this location. The average price of a Subway footlong sandwiches over $10! This location Shirley doesn't merit your business and just add insult to injury, they have one of those automatic requests for tipping at the end of your sale. What a joke ?.

The lady at the counter was rude when I said I would pay for my friend after we got are sandwiches made and said she would kill us.
The lady looks like she doesn't want to be there, no thank you, no nothing. Very rude girl.I always like Subway, but not with this type of service.
