Great Service Perfect Sandwiches.
I placed an order in the app for pick up at this location, I noticed tomatoes was selected on my sandwich. I attempted to call the 5 times to tell them please no tomatoes as I’m allergic. It’s unfortunate that wouldn’t pick up the phone, now I can’t eat the food due to my allergy.

Issue with Online Order Not Processing but Payment Completed
I recently placed an online order through Subway’s website, which confirmed my order was ready for pickup. My card was charged, my loyalty points were deducted, and my promo code was used.
When I arrived, the employee told me the order didn’t show in their system and said, “I know it charged you, but sometimes orders don’t come through and I don’t know why.” I waited about 10 minutes to see if it would appear, but it never did. Because she couldn’t help me in-store, she told me to call my bank and dispute the charge.
I also asked if I could still receive the same BOGO promotion since I couldn’t reorder online, but was told no because it only applies to online orders.
I left with no food, no refund, and unable to reorder. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service — I paid for a meal I never received. I hope this issue is addressed so others don’t go through the same thing.

Terrible service. The person who served me limits the vegetables and refuses to accept anything you ask for. She's rude. Subway doesn't limit the amount of vegetables, but this employee limits everything. DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY. THEY TREAT YOU BADLY AND STEAL FROM YOU.

If I could have put zero stars that’s just what they would have received . Came to this location ordered chicken footlong . I had very little meat the meat on my sandwich was enough for a 6 inch if that . Then when I asked for another sandwich I was denied. I stayed to this location for almost an hour waiting for my refund. This location SUCKS I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO DPEND THEY MONEY ELSEWHERE !!!!!
