Worst location ever!!!! They messed up my sandwich trying to convince me it was good. I told the lady it wasn't what I wanted she rolled her eyes when I asked her to make me a new one. I'm 6 months pregnant I'm not too picky but don't try to convince me to take a sandwich I didn't want! I normally don't write reviews but it's always something at this location! They need to get it together

I’m really disappointed. I tried to place my order, but the employee was on FaceTime the entire time and couldn’t fully understand me. When I asked for bacon, I was told they didn’t have any—which doesn’t make sense for a Subway. It felt like the store wasn’t properly prepared, and I ended up having to go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. Staff mostly speaks Spanish only with very broken English. Couldn’t even understand me that I had to point at the menu. The fountain drink machine is down with no intent to fix. Only serves Mountain Dew. Nasty. I was here 6 months ago with a coworker and the fountain drink machine was down then too. This place is a perfect example of what subway has turned into. Crap. I don’t even know why I decided to come here. I hope this place shuts down.

The fountain drink machine has been down for almost a month.
When I come in for the deal of the day they let you order than charge you for getting a bottled drink instead of a fountain drink. This causes the price to pop up more than it would be on a regular day.
It is a bait and switch tactic and they don’t tell you it will be more.

Came here for lunch and presented a SUBWAY giftcard - employees didn't know how to use it and also bent it. Next time I came, employee told me the giftcard didn't work because it was bent, even though it still has credit on it - she made me pay with my card instead of trying to type the giftcard # in, I asked her twice to type it and she said no… very frustrating.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. The lady behind the counter speaks Spanish only, and with a very heavy accent. I could'nt understand what she was saying so she kept giving me more and more attitude. When I told her that the fountain drink machine didn't have any Pepsi, she simply said "No Ai", which I guess means I don't care, and walked away. On top of all this, the bread was old and dry. I'll never go here again. I really wish Google would allow zero stars, these folks definitely deserve one.
