Check your sandwich if ordered online. I ordered additional bacon and got pepperoni instead (wasted upcharge). 3 stars given because restaurant was clean and sandwich was ready on time.

I was working very near this location and only have a 30 minute lunch break. So I ordered my sandwich an hour before my break to be ready at 1 pm. The app said it was ready at 1. I showed up at 1:05 then had to wait 10 minutes to make the sandwich which they had over an hour to make. This gave me time to look around at all the chairs that are supposed to have white back rests and realize that every single chair back was covered in black fingerprints from people grabbing them to pull the chairs out, the tables were covered in crumbs, and there was a drink spilled under a table that had been there long enough to dry. I also ordered a 20 oz Dr pepper and they didnt have any. I wasted another couple of minutes trying to get the lady to understand that I just wanted a cup to get a fountain drink since I had already paid for a 20 oz they didnt have.

I went to this restaurant a couple of days ago and was greatly disappointed. That was my final visit there. I will not be spending my money at this location ever again due to the treatment I received from the so-called manager. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The fountain drinks were out of order and prior to ordering the $6.99 daily deal with sub of the day, I inquired about the drink upcharge being that the fountain drinks the meal includes was out of order. I was told by an employee it would be an additional $0.19 to get a bottled beverage. $6.99+$0.19=$7.18 right?? I get to the register at checkout and my total is $8.11 from a subtotal of $7.49+tax. I asked what happened to the $0.19 upcharge and the manager argued me down that it was not an additional $0.50 like I don’t know how to add money. The issue was not the difference of $0.31 but the fact I was misinformed as well as THEIR FOUNTAIN DRINKS BEING OUT OF ORDER which was out of my control. For one, there shouldn’t have been an upcharge of anything if you don’t have available what comes with the meal but I should have been told it was $0.50 instead of $0.19 and definitely shouldn’t have been yelled at by the “manager”. I walk to this subway often from work to pickup a quick lunch but from now on I will get in my car and drive to the next nearest location on Spring Green because of his nasty attitude and lack of customer service. He needs to do better. That is not how you run a business!

I'm so sick of FAST FOOD restaurants putting phone orders ahead of customers waiting line to order. This is no longer FAST FOOD. I get to the front of the line and then a phone order takes priority over the people in line. No wonder wait times here are so awful. There was over 20 people in line and I was next, but instead they do a phone order and myself and the other 20 people in line have to wait. Stop taking phone orders for fast food.
