This subway is taking folks money and hiring people who don't understand your order. If you are not going to hire any English speakers then it needs to state that we expect you to pay full price and leave with whatever sandwich we make you because we can't understand your order. Either that or put a sign saying that the business is only for Spanish speakers. This is the only subway I've been to with no microwave. My experience was awful and sadly I'll have to find somewhere else.

I pulled up to order my food. At 7:59pm, they have posted 9pm closing. The Ladies were hanging out at the doorway as a boy friend sat in his car infront of the business jamming loud music. She said to me they closed early because it's cold. Very disappointing when employees don't take the company seriously and make changes to the set schedule. I will never return to this Subway. I will find another business who takes their schedule seriously.

I didn't want to leave a bad review as I try to remain considerate but today I had enough. I have come to this location three times and each time was met with rudeness and laziness. First time I came here with my wife; a female employee was extremely rude to my wife while she tried to place her order. Honestly, the woman must've been having a bad day and just decided to share it with everyone else. I don't know but I let it slide. Then earlier this week we arrived an hour before closing time and they were "closed" with these young looking teens standing around texting on their phones. Finally, tonight I show up and the exact same thing occurred with a young Hispanic looking fellow and some other lady who completely blew me off when I asked for a manager's name and number. They simply walked to the back of the store to ignore me. This place will no longer see my face, my wife, nor any of our friends and family. Completely unacceptable! Step your game up Subway and learn to hire better employees if you guys plan on hanging around!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. As my husband and I were parking (8:30pm), we saw employees laughing and one rushed to the back. We tried to open the door and knock (as online and the door said Subway closed at 9:00pm) but we were ignored. Eventually after a few knocks, the employee that stood behind looked up from the service counter was just kept mouthing "closed" as he was putting away the sandwich ingredients. We asked for the manager's number and the employee stated "I don't know him." The drive was such a waste of time and the treatment was horrible. It should not feel like mission impossible to get a sandwich especially when the store is still supposed to be open. Luckily there are so many more Subway locations in the area to give business to. Definitely don't see any reason to support this particular location especially if you cannot find honorable employees.

wish i could give 0 stars horrible service workers didn't know english . It started off when i said pickup for my order and she said she didn't have it i had to pull up the phone and show my order then she says they are out of every meat in my sandwich i ask for a refund and she says i have to do it . There is no way to cancel the order through the app and she says no english when i heard her speak it and understand some , and i have to tell her the order number and get a receipt and she ended up giving me the receipt that was at the counter the whole time.

Waited for 20 minutes for my sandwich to be made it’s now the time of it being finished on the app and it’s not ready or even started on. I thought the online orders were prioritized now I’m standing waiting even longer and I’m late for work. They’re clocking the sandwiches out before they even start them. They’re not ready, and it took another 15 minutes for them to get my sandwich

This location needs at least 1 English speaking employee at all times. It was torture trying to have a conversation about my order. I am in full support of hiring ALL people, but not at the expense of my paid experience. The employees are hard working and pleasant, but the language barrier resulted in me just leaving with the sandwich not made the way I specified(and paid for).

second time in 3 weeks and both times a long hair in one of my sandwiches ?I don't get it? both visits ? and before you say it's mine, it was embedded in the sandwich? will not go back again, too grossed out
