We have been going to Sushi 9 for a few years now. Our experience has been consistent (which is great!). We typically do the All You Can Eat. The staff is kind, and works to get your food to you quickly. We love that there are plenty of non sushi options, so we can bring non seafood eaters with us. Some of our favorites include spicy edamame, Mango Tango Roll, Spicy Tuna Sushi, Pork Cutlets, and Beef Short Rib .

I was absolutely blown away by the quality, freshness, and the speed of service here; this is the best sushi experience I've had in a long time. The fish in the salmon sashimi and crunchy roll was incredibly fresh, melting in my mouth, and beautifully presented. What truly impressed me was the kitchen's efficiency; the dishes arrived rapidly, yet they tasted perfect and clearly hadn't sacrificed any quality. Beyond the amazing food, the staff was genuinely attentive, friendly, and provided excellent 😋

I used to go here all the time, the food was fresh, fast and flavorful. I went again tonight and the rice was mushy, slow to come out, and bland. For a Thursday night with not a busy restaurant the food should come out faster. They did update the menu.
