Jackie, our server, had a terrible attitude throughout the entire service. She would sit next to us at a table, using her phone and completely ignoring our calls. It was a bad experience overall, which is a shame considering how good the food was.

The service today was horrible. I was not greeted when I entered the restaurant. I stood there for like three minutes before a man spoke to me and realized I was waiting on a table. I was the only person waiting btw. A woman came over pretty quickly to bring the menus and ask for my drink order but 20 mins went by before I had to flag down another waitress and ask her if she could bring me the ice water I asked for. She was rude and about it and instead of bringing the water she went to get my server who took another five minutes. She came over half way through my meal to fill my water glass but compared to the service I normally receive here she did not come over and check on me enough. When I was ready to leave it took another woman telling her I was ready to go TWICE before she actually brought me the check I asked for. I hate having to tip for this kind of service especially when you enjoy the food. This lady should not be working there. Customers won’t keep returning for this kind of service

When I’m in Katy, Sushi Hana is my go to spot. Great food, attentive staff and reasonable prices are a win. They have a huge menu with a wide variety to choose from. You won’t be disappointed.
