I like the food here is good like the menu but I do think they need to work more on customer service every time I come here to buy anything the lady gives you the vibe she don’t want to do anything and gives you excuses and never has anything we ask so we always have to buy something else my wife don’t speak fluent Spanish and this lady always gives her attitude for not saying thing the right way but the food is good but I believe the need to have a bigger inventory or change the cook

Busy. Had to wait a little longer for food, not such an issue. The thing that really Ruined and soured my experience was that, they made me feel like they where watching me to make sure I don't run off with out paying. A single father with 2 small kids. If one of us have to go to the restroom the 3 of us go. To pick out a popsicles we had to walk up to the freezer by the kitchen entrance. I heard them asking if we had already left the restaurant and if I had paid my bill.

The female worker gave me an attitude because I wanted to change my order after seeing the combo deal. I had not paid yet at that time. I waited over 20 minutes for 3 empanadas and the empanadas were burnt and full of oil. Definitely way better empanadas across Katy.

This place is so good. The tequeños are just like the ones I’ve had in Maracaibo, Venezuela! The empanada with carne mechada (shredded beef) is spectacular. For those who love Venezuelan food from Deli’s Cafe, Pastel Pizza, Maxi Arepa, and El Kourmet, Tártara Pastelitos is a MUST TRY!
