This place is terrible. Completely ridiculous. Our food was cold right out of leaving tie drive through. The quesadillas smelt like smoke and had no cheese or sauce on them. And the little cheese that was in them wasn’t even melted. We spent our hard earned money here and it is disgusting. This is not the first time this has happened. It gets really frustrating when you just want some fast food and everything is disgusting.

just did an Uber Eats order and I am so disappointed. My fries are cold, chalupa is so hard and it doesn’t even feel warm or hot in the slightest. I tried to bite into my chalupa and it hurt the back of my two front teeth. I asked for extra sour cream on my burrito hardly got any , and I didn’t get my cinnamon twists.

Telling people they don't have time to make your order because they're too busy dealing with other orders is unacceptable.
The most HORRIBLE customer service at this restaurant. This has not only happened once, but I have been yelled at in the drive through in the past before they put the automated system in. She got irritated while I was verifying my order bc the speaker was too low and I COULDN'T HEAR NOR UNDERSTAND HER!
But today, they just did us wrong. This particular store is notorious for having people work there who don't care about customer service. They will do just enough to earn their paycheck. They always forget to put items THAT YOU PAID FOR in the bag. Last time I'll ever visit this location.
In fact, they screwed up our order so badly that we have to go to a different taco bell to complete our meals.

Came here recently for a late dinner, food came out great and didn’t have to wait too long for it. One of the things I like most about Taco Bell is the order kiosks inside as I can easily order without having to worry about any miscommunication. The one thing I will suggest is continuing to decorate the dining area and having workers regularly clean it (removing scraps off tables, taking trash out, etc) as it makes the environment more welcoming to customers. As someone who works in fast food, people will come back to the establishment when they feel comfortable. Don’t be turned away from the majority of the negative reviews, just remain patient and kind to the workers as working fast food isn’t as easy as most people think it is, especially for people who haven’t had to work in that kind of environment. Keep up the good work! 👍👍

Will never ever go to this Taco Bell location again! Had a sweet ice tea from there, fresh brew kind, and near the bottom of my cup, it looked like there was phlegm or spit at the bottom. I was quite disgusted!!!
