We ordered couple of craving boxes for pickup and they just mixed everything in the bag without putting in the "box" as it said "craving box"! The also forgot to give three drink cups as well as Baja Blast drink. This is at Market Place Dr. in Katy, TX. Extremely poor management!

I was deniedsetvic3 at the front counter. I was forced to use an app, get my drink cup at the front counter, pick up my food at the front counter,. The options to get a receipt was to sell them my phone number or email address. This is not the right way to treat paying customers. or paid employees if this is the way you do business, I refuse to continue to be a paying customer.

The cashier system was a fail, the food came out very late for it to be considered fast food... I ordered a couple items off the menu and it took about 30 minutes for the order to come out which ended up missing some items for our order. Then my girlfriend wanted some dorito nacho tacos... this was a mistake because then we waited about another 45 minutes. By that time, we were already finished with our food and then we asked the worker where our order was, turns out they said they ran out of dorito nacho tacos a while ago.... we went to get a refund which took them another 20 minutes... all in all, this location need some more trained and disiplined employees

Overall not too shaby. Went there the other night, and the woman at the window was very polite and professional. Food was decent for Taco Bell and I got the food at a fast pace!
Google says this Taco Bell opens at 9am but the door clearly (and largely) 10am-10pm.If this is a drive thru hours only, it needs to be changed to reflect that. Why would Taco Bell push their breakfast menu only to serve it for an hour?*** The sad thing about most fast food restaurants, the poor service ratings come from corporate decisions and bad management but it's reflected on the employees just doing their best. Then you have to hire less than great employees because you've run off all the good ones.

This location was recently rebuilt to a Taco Bell only. Somehow the atmosphere is not as inviting as other nearby Taco Bells. The food is more expensive and there are no cheap combos or value items. Spent $5 on two items from value menu. Food bearly had meat on it, taco was cold and burrito was made with a small tortilla and was no more than 4 inches long. I would have compared but combo box I wanted was $s oth12.Business was very slow while I was there. Guess others have come to the same conclusion...better places next door.
