The manager with missing teeth is super argumentative and cuts you off mid-sentence for no reason. You should also make sure to review your receipts before leaving as they have rounded up for the “scholarship” twice when I indicated that I did not want to. This is the worst Taco Bell. They are consistently bad on taking orders or making the orders. Orders are always wrong or missing something. I had to tell them what was inside of a Doritos locos taco supreme. This place is absolute trash. Such a shame. Don’t go.

I dislike their new automated system. Have no idea why they would think that’s a good idea. Can’t understand anything and makes you repeat yourself repeatedly. After all that the staff tells me they’re sold out of the item anyway. Always some kinda issue here.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. They wrapped a burrito in 2 wrappers because they didn’t close the burrito all the way so it was seeping through 2 wrappers. It also had lettuce and onions on it when that burrito didn’t even call for it. I asked for no lettuce and tomato on everything in the box and ended up with it on things that didn’t even call for those ingredients. Out of 10 items they got 2 items correct and they were made awful. They had like 6 employees taking out the trash together so had to sit at the drive thru window for 10+ minutes only to get shitty food. Taco Bell is going down hill, even the new one off 529 is awful!

Worst Taco Bell in Houston. The manager was extremely rude and the food was very disappointing. The entire order was either wrong or made incorrectly. Food matched the treatment by the manager. The pic attached is supposed to be a Chalupa "Supreme"
Restaurant ran out of nacho cheese and didn’t tell us. Chips and no cheese. Cheesy fiesta potatoes….just a sad fiesta of dry potatoes. 5 layer burrito was downgraded to 4 layers. One of the driest foods I’ve had to endure. (Un)Loaded nachos. Just chips and some refried beans with a bit of guac hidden somewhere in between. I wish the employees would have mentioned this so we could refuse the order.

Went through the drive and waited a good 5 minutes for someone to take my order, no one said anything so I simply said “Hello”, whoever was taking orders on the head set yelled how can I help you. As I’m telling him my order he is repeating it back to me as if he’s disgusted with my choice of food, it was frustrating so I started to use his tone back at him. It literally pissed me off and I just told him to cancel the order, I refuse to allow someone with such a nasty attitude prepare my food NO THANK YOU!! Customer service here is piss poor
