Very rude person taking orders tonight. He acted like he didn’t want to help me and then talked to me like I was stupid when I asked a question. Do not go here around midnight the workers clearly hate their job. I won’t be back

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. Our tacos were made very sloppy, with ingredients falling out and barely wrapped. Even worse, the staff behind the counter were being unprofessional, playing around near people’s food instead of focusing on making orders correctly. It made me question the cleanliness and care being taken with the food. Definitely not the experience I expect when I eat here.

Ordered food online, went to pick up at the drive thru. The young lady at the window seemed so stressed she was rude, she asked me to pull up because she was on a timer and she would bring my food out. I waited and she still brought me old fries. I told her I was missing a fry, she proceeded to go get the fry. When she brings it it’s half full and fresh, I asked her why it was only half full, I paid for a large. And the other ones are old. She got mad and then went back inside. She comes back k out and tells me to give her the old fries, I have no issue I want fresh fries. She had a whole attitude like the fries are coming out of her check, I should have never came to this location

I ordered my food in the touch screen of the lobby and paid in cash. Got my food very quickly and was very delicious 😋

Went to Taco Bell for the first time. I was very impressed by The team member Malcom. I placed my order on that digital pad and he asked me if I wanted my cup and I was very impressed when he called me by the name that I put on that iPad. That’s awesome. He must be a supervisor or a manager because it’s rare these days thank you, Malcolm.

This location needs to be shut down ASAP!!!! All these reviews are all TRUE no hope for it at all it needs to go like now I’ve already put in so many complaints and nothing gets done!!! DO NOT GET FOOD HERE AT ALL.

The manager with missing teeth is super argumentative and cuts you off mid-sentence for no reason. You should also make sure to review your receipts before leaving as they have rounded up for the “scholarship” twice when I indicated that I did not want to. They acted confused both times and said they didn’t do it, but it appears on the receipt and my total was magically increased. Interesting…

This is the worst Taco Bell. They are consistently bad on taking orders or making the orders. Orders are always wrong or missing something. I had to tell them what was inside of a Doritos locos taco supreme. This place is absolute trash. Such a shame. Don’t go.

I dislike their new automated system. Have no idea why they would think that’s a good idea. Can’t understand anything and makes you repeat yourself repeatedly. After all that the staff tells me they’re sold out of the item anyway. Always some kinda issue here.
