This place has greatly improved since i was there last. I guess it's under new management. Best Taco Bell in Katy. The food was delicious & fresh. Only 1 problem, when they wrap your food up, you have no idea what's inside because they don't mark the wrapping. So, if you're trying to separate everyone's items, you have to unwrap each one & kinda guess what is what.
Came at 2:50 and they were already closed and both employees were smoking drugs inside the store. It was all smoked up.

Rude! Dirty. Lazy.I went inside on Monday march 4th around 2 or 3pm. The manager told me she would not take my order, to just use the machine. So I go over and put in my simple order for 4 crunchy tacos. As I am waiting I see inside the kitchen. The lady at the drive threw looks hung over and falling asleep. The Hispanic lady filling orders for the drive is the only one working. And the guy doing orders for inside is eating on the line. Maybe it’s his lunch break? But still, go sit down. Don’t be grabbing and eating food from the line with your bare hands and then make my food. It’s not the biggest of deals so I still ate it but come one, it looks bad.The crunchy tacos were stale, like they were old and chewy.This is not my first bad experience at this location. Once about a year ago I was told to wait a minute while in the drive through and five minutes later I just left. I got tired of waiting.Worst service. So many other better locations. I will never be returning to this location again.

We ordered in restaurant at the kiosk. We waited for 30 minutes for our food. We were handed food thrown in one bag. I ordered coffee and given a fountain drink. Don’t go here! We never even got to eat our food hot.

I pull up after work at 2 am and I with and online order and no one answered after 5 mins they said please wait when no one was in line10 mins later aftwr sitting at the drive thru i said what am i waiting on they said pleae wait 2 more mins they are like what's your order..... 12mins of nothing no one in line they refused to answer the drive thru I'd seriously rethink who works at night they costing you money I'm at the window 15 mins later still waiting no food they're still making my food no drink yet and they still got it wrong I'll never be back here.

Came across this little Latin Bistro and was delighted to have authentic Latin cuisine!!! I had the El Crunchwrap along with the Nacho Bellas Grande. A+

The girl at the drive thru window at night keeps lying about the sauce that being put in the bag whether or not y’all have the sauce BE HONEST. I’m a sauce person so stop being weird and just say “sorry we don’t have that sauce instead of lying to my face saying it’s in there" weird?

The worst costumer service that can exist. You enter the place and the employees look at you and don't even attend to you, they talk to each other, they eat and they don't even say a welcome or a good morning. The employees may not have realized that they are at work, they think they are at home, a very bad review for the company ?
