Very disappointed with my order tonight! Was delighted to see the chili cheese burrito back on the menu so I ordered 2! I ordered them like I' ordered them in high school. Add tomatoes, onion and sour cream. Ever up costing just shy of $15. They were so small and had very little chili and other ingredients. The first and last 3 bites were nothing but tortilla. At $7 per burrito they could at least get the portions correct.
Dining room hours are until midnight, but they never have the dining room open until midnight

We just got a party pack. When we were getting in the car the bottom of the box came undone completely. Some of the tacos fell on the floor of the car and some on the seats. After this incident I went inside and explained what happened and an employee rudely told me that they are not responsible for “malmanufactured” boxes. And if they are not who is? Even though it was a big order the box was not taped at the bottom (they had a whole roll of special tape stickers if this was not a necessary item for heavier orders they would not have those). They later claimed they only taped the boxes if customers requested, but doesn’t seem right to me.I had not even asked for anything other than a different box I don’t understand the rude treatment I received today. When I went back to my car, another employee named Joshua followed and apologized to us and we thank Joshua for going out of his way to be polite. We still love Taco Bell however we will not be going to that location again

Picked up an order for a customer here, and then also for myself on a busy Friday night. As a food delivery driver, I was really impressed with how organized and communicative the manager and the team was working even at a very busy time. Not all Taco Bell’s are like that, so really appreciated it. Great food as well!

I recommend that you download the app, advance your order and it also has online-only promotions; so if you are a fan of Taco BELL, have it on hand because it will always help you. Service is a little slow because they give priority to window customers, so be patient.

Puddles of sour cream on each end of the chalupa is not a great experience. Also, I asked for no lettuce, but there is a sliver there.... (Cross contamination) Why are there so many tomatoes?! Can you just spread the ingredients evenly so it tastes better??? Sincerely, A Regular
The people here CLEARLY hate their jobs. If you do decide to order here make sure to check before you leave because they ALWAYS forget something or get your order wrong! They even ask you what sauce you want and STILL don’t put it in your bag. Do not recommend.
