One of the only places in the area where the lobby is open late. It was jammed packed at 11:30pm and not the bar crowd🤷♂️. I don’t frequent Taco Bell but I just wanted to see what the parking lot was packed for.

The young man with the piercings that gave me my order at the drive thru window was not welcoming. Not once did he say hello or good evening. I could see through the window crack that he threw in items in my bag for my pick up. When I addressed his attitude to be improved, he did not bother to acknowledge me. This was very poor customer service.

The fact that I’ve been here before and had no problem has me blown away at the issue I have. I don’t care if you’re a new hire or been there your whole life, the fact that my quesadilla had burnt ashes on it all over as if it was salt on a steak is ridiculous. I tried my best to scrape it off and nothing worked, tried to take a bite and I can’t get the burnt taste out of my mouth. I really had a higher standard for this Taco Bell.

Pesimo servicio, cero Terrible service, zero empathy with drivers from Dordash, Uber, etc., they ignore you and leave you waiting for hours until you have to cancel the order, it's the second time this has happened to me and the same with other drivers I met in the same situation, terrible, I will not take orders from there again... customers who order delivery are worthless to them, while they only serve those who order drive-thru or want to eat there. This is the most disgusting Taco Bell location ever. I ordered through Door Dash, they barely put any chips in the nachos, the food was cold, didn’t get any of the extras that I ordered and the zero sugar Gatorade was flat and tasted like water had been adde to it. When I called the store the person that answered stated that’s what zero sugar Gatorade is supposed to taste like🤣. I drink zero sugar Gatorade very often and that’s ABSOLUTELY NOT what it tastes like so don’t put that on Gatorade sir. This location really gives Taco Bell a bad name. It’s not the first time I’ve received a horrible order from here, it’s just the first time I’ve posted a review about it. It was absolutely gross and the manager made no apologies for it.
