This is the most disgusting Taco Bell location ever. I ordered through Door Dash, they barely put any chips in the nachos, the food was cold, didn’t get any of the extras that I ordered and the zero sugar Gatorade was flat and tasted like water had been adde to it. When I called the store the person that answered stated that’s what zero sugar Gatorade is supposed to taste like🤣. I drink zero sugar Gatorade very often and that’s ABSOLUTELY NOT what it tastes like so don’t put that on Gatorade sir. This location really gives Taco Bell a bad name. It’s not the first time I’ve received a horrible order from here, it’s just the first time I’ve posted a review about it. It was absolutely gross and the manager made no apologies for it.

Have been going to this location for years and it’s not what it used to be. The kitchen is filthy. The kids working there are using their gloves to touch everything and then touch food. Literally picking up garage off the floor and not changing their gloves or washing their hands. Even standing in the kitchen texting with their gloves on. No hair nets or hats. No one works the counter to take your order. The drive thru is now automated. The owner needs to take care of this location or risk loosing buisness it’s disgusting. I had a taco supreme today and got so sick. I should have known better.

Taco Bell in Katy offers quick service, tasty tacos, clean space, and friendly staff—perfect for a fast, satisfying bite! My sons like this place.
This is one of very few favorite Taco Bell locations and we come here often. We like it because it’s always clean & the staff are always nice. However, today a young man handed us our food & his hair was covering his face. While I don’t care how people wear their hair, I felt very uncomfortable with someone with so much loose hair to the point that it’s completely covering his face, to handle my food. I’m not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon. I may just drive to the other one by Bella Terra (2nd best option). People who handle food should have their hair contained AND wear a hair net

I mean the food was standard Taco Bell and the restaurant is clean. But man I guess Taco Bell is hurting from sauce packets. You have to go up to the counter and wait for 5 min until someone acknowledges you to get sauce packets. I guess ownership doesn’t like losing out on pennies from people taking “too many” sauce packets. Just leave the sauces in the trays by the napkins cheapos.
