i’m very susceptible to food poisoning and get it really easily if the food is not handled properly. as you can probably guess i’m giving 1 star because i got food poisoning right after eating the chicken here. very disappointing.

The only reason I give this place such a low rating is because I do not like fast food in general. That is just my opinion so I do not want to sway you any which way unless you were also like me and want to lower your fast food intake. I like other places for fast food much better if I really need to go somewhere in a crunch, but this place my family likes so I have to go sometimes. I usually have good experiences at this Taco Bell but recently there’s an older woman working nights who’s really rude for no reason. This was my go-to place as I’m someone who works at night but I think I might start taking my business elsewhere if I’m gonna be treated like that despite being kind and respectful.Vegetarian options: They have many options with no meat.
Employees here are literally always fried. They manage to get the simplest orders wrong on a regular basis

Nacho fries the best side with tacos and burritosNov 2023 - We needed a quick dinner before finishing the Thanksgiving day preparations. Taco Belll on Westheimer Pkwy was a great, not turkey option this evening for dinner. Service was quick. The place was clean. The atmosphere quite.

My wife picked up a $50 order from here shortly before heading out of town. She was on that side of town making some returns at a nearby target, but this is no where near our home. Roughly 25 minutes away. Upon arriving home, we were missing $20's worth of items from the $50 order. We called and they said we would have to return to the store for either the items, or the refund. I explained to Grace the manager on duty, due to time constraints and location, there was NO WAY we would be making the trip back across town to do so. I simply wanted a refund for the items she confirmed were still there at the location. She said she couldn't do that. My only option was to return to the store. Very disappointing. I don't have time to do so, nor would the trip back warrant the gas and time it would likely cost to get there and back. So basically Taco Bell was completely okay with robbing me of my money. Have reached out to corporate and yet to hear back. Certainly a failure in how business should be handled. I will not return. For those who do, be sure and check your order before leaving, or be prepared to spend all day chasing down your food or your refund. Completely unacceptable.

Odd feeling of no menus to see the food. You HAVE to order at the kiosk. There's an odd silence in the restaurant.However, the service was quick and food was good

My crunchwrap Supreme barely had anything in it.... felt like just tortilla but on the other hand the crunchy taco was great had more meat than my crunchwrap. Also had to walk inside to get my cinnamon twists they forgot to give me.
