This store has zero pride in presentation and correctness of orders. If YOU have any pride, Whataburger is right next door. There's a Jack in the Box just down the street. Choose something else.

Placed mobile order, when picking up the label clearly wasn't checked as I did not recieve all items. When I called the store, Nay informed me "they" did not tell her the order was missing items and it wasn't her fault... but she handed me the order....
When i asked i for refund she said she couldn't do that because she wasn't trained on using the mobile app... when I asked for someone with knowledge or a manager, she claimed to be one.
She offered the general manager Malcolm would call be back, it's been 24 hours and NO CONTACT from the manager or Nay.
Super disappointed. There are locations that care, this one ISNT IT.

@1:25 am we went through the drive thru and the lady said they only doin Mobile orders because they are about to close so we said OK we’ll place the order online but she didn’t hear she continues to say ma’am I said we’re doing mobile orders we reply we just told you we place it on the app her response was you Finna place it on the app let me tell you We are only serving hardshell tacos

I attempted to grab a quick Crunchwrap for breakfast before work. Ordered it through the app. When I pulled up I was told they don’t serve breakfast but they had breakfast on the menu. Then I asked them to cancel the order then. Was told they didn’t know how. I asked to speak with the manager was then told she doesn’t speak English so she can’t do anything. Asked for a number and was told to just call the store later. Young black chick. Very unprofessional. Parents should really teach the kids better before letting them out into the world if they gonna hold a job.
My food was burned ,my name was taken to get my order replaced by the manager I went to get my order replaced only to be told no I should have kept my receipt .

Service was exceptional, really friendly lady at the drive thru. However, I ordered a couple burritos and received a single burrito and nachos I didnt order. Really disaapointing when expecting three burritos as nachos arent as fulfilling.
