I know this store just opened but they are having a lot of issues. We've visited this location a few times now and each time a new issue. Really hope they figure it out.

1st time trying this location today. The food was freshly prepared and the 2 guys working were extremely friendly and helpful as the new ordering system is going to take awhile for all to get used to.

Chicken Tender

They have AI taking your order now and it absolutely does not work. It's also dehumanizing and they don't even give you the choice to opt out of talking to a robot. I am never coming here again. Give jobs to real people, not AI.

The food was absolutely delicious. This Taco Bell is far better than the Richmond location. The service was amazing, especially the little girl that helped me out in the drive thru with the the brown hair with gold necklace and braces, give her a raise! There was something missing from my order and she immediately fixed it! Overall amazing service, I will definitely recommend coming to this location?

The guy on drive thru was very bitter, and its a newer location what could possibly have you that angry when the location just opened, they need to retrain their employees!

What a disaster. They don’t know how to make tacos or burritos! The burrito was folded half size and the supremes came with no sour cream. No ice in the fountain drink machine. Out of sweet tea. Got Pepsi and it was diluted and flat. The temp inside is in the 60’s. Threw everything in the trash and went to Firehouse to get lunch.

Glad we finally got a Taco Bell in this location. The one in Richmond sucks so much so I would go to the one all the way near Katy mills. Keep up the good work cuz it really don’t take much to do a good job.
