Doors are locked for dining it on a Sunday at 2:45pm despite no signs saying they were closing their dining room today. Workers are just staring with no regard to open any doors.

Food was good, but it's due to the pick up order being made 20 mins before we got there because they made the food before we got there. Most places won't make it until you get to the drive thru so it's fresh. And, I tried to let the girl know that the QR code to get an account and then 2 free tacos has yet to work for me. I've had the app for a few years now and still only have 21 points & NEVER got any free tacos.

This place takes a lifetime.... Why does it take sooooooo long for fast food? When we first went here for drive thru it was great! Great customer service (an older man), great nachos (chips were fresh) Now our last two drive thru visits took so long... Like 30-40 min long and the line wasn't even long, like 3 cars in front of me. Chips for the nachos has been stale too. Today (3 cars ahead of us) we just ordered the queso cheese bec we were tired of the stale chips and my husband repeated LARGE 3 times Young man told us the the total and my husband noticed it was the smallest size.... Expecting that drive thru was going to take long & my child wanted some fries, I just got out of the car, walked to chick fila, ordered fries, got my order & walked back to the car & still one car ahead of us. 😆 Then it was our turn, my husband paid and we still sat there waiting for our cheese. I would've thought that it would be ready by the time we got to the window? Unless they're melting the cheese??? I doubt it.... Then the young man all of a sudden grabbed a bag on his left side which I'm sure has been sitting there then handed it to my husband with the creepiest smile. We were like what was that all about? Has the cheese been sitting there???? Ughh.

The food quality has been consistently bad. I’ve made multiple trips and the quesadillas are dry and taste like they were cooked the day before and reheated. The nachos are always stale and old. It’s really sad with this being a fairly new store. I don’t think they will last here.

I'm not sure how this place even exists. Just go to a taco truck in any gas station parking lot and you'll be happier you skipped this place. Carne has no flavor whatsoever or tenderness. Chicken was equally as bland. Our tortilla chips were all stuck together like someone dropped them in the fryer in stacks. The red salsa was good. Maybe they should go out of business and just sell salsa.
2 stars because they were friendly and none of us got food poisoning. Small win there.

Take the word of these reviews for the truth. This is a horrible Taco Cabana. I’ve done curbside twice and it’s always a disaster. You order from your phone, wait a long time and then 10 different people come and ask you what’s your name and order. Don’t do it. Food is bad as well
