This is a hidden gem in Katy. Friday night around 9 pm they were still working hard cooking up authentic tacos on the grill & smelled mouth-watering good! I stopped in for directions & couldn't stay, but plan on coming back. It's a tight-run family operation. Very friendly & fast service. Outdoor, semi-covered seating, and it's a fun, upbeat, authentic vibe. Highly recommend. It's tucked away, but worth finding! Not your average taco truck. Someone take some taco pics, please!
