There is an old man who looks like a host or manager, but he is rude to us. The way he points at the table and the way he talks with a bad attitude make us feel uncomfortable. We have come here several times, and he always has that attitude toward customers.

Oh, you’re craving some real Chinese food? Well, it’s super quick and easy.
Service is pretty bad, they don’t care. Atmosphere chaotic and definite hygiene issue with plates and utensils and overall environment. Wait time was long. Would not recommend.

A Vietnamese Chinese place with a large menu. The dishes we ordered was well done esp the seafood and tofu on hot plate. I can skip the wings. The wings had a heavy batter but it was tossed in a tasty mix of spice, vegetables and salt

Great service and delicious food here. Lots of entrees that are shareable for dinner. And the hot and sour soup and the fried rice was the best.

Ordered the shrimp fried rice because of other reviews I had read. Very disappointed as order was very bland with no Chinese flavor. You can get better fried rice at Mambo’s for less money. Shrimp and pork egg rolls were very good. Wife had shrimp with mixed vegetables and was also very bland. We both expected more taste than we received. We’ve eaten at various Chinese buffets in the area which have lower prices and more taste.

I usually don’t have a complaint for Tan Tan, but today, I ordered salted fish fried rice togo, came home to fried rice with chicken, pork and shrimp instead of salted fish!! It’s a dish ordered for its umami flavor, if I had wanted combo fried rice, I’d ordered it. Try calling to complain, but their phone is down. Tan Tan management, you have to do better, if you didn’t have the salted fish and be truthful, I’d ordered something else. Disgraceful.

Amazing food with even better hospitality. My girlfriend treated me here as a gift for my HVAC work, and it was a special treat. The portions are nice, the food is tasty, and the prices are well worth it in my opinion. Great job!

Restaurantji Recommends
We recently visited Tan Tan Wok, and unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. From the moment we arrived, We had to wait a long time before anyone acknowledged us, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Our server was kind but as we ordered it took about 45 minutes to get atleast 3 dishes that we ordered, and there was no apology or effort to make things right. The food itself was decent, but the poor service made it hard to enjoy. We felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We were there before bigger party's and before we even got our first dish the other party seated next to us was almost finished even tho we were there 15 minutes prior. Overall, we left disappointed and unsure if we would return.

great food. but as other here in the review section. The custer service is horrible. They added a 18% gratuatity for a group of 5. we were only 4, when another family member arrived 5 mins before we were about to leave just to say hi. family member did not even eat or drink anything. i had to go back and forth with a super rude lady. almost thought about calling cops but after 10 mins of going back and forth they finally agreed. will not be going back to this horrible establishment.

Tan Tan Wok and Jia Kitchen share the same owner and are connected. The portions are generous, and the prices are affordable. Recommended dishes include:
• Char siu dry egg noodles
• Broken rice with grilled pork
• Stir-fried egg or rice noodles or any stir-fried dishes
• Fried rice

We love their banh bot chien. I usually get the rice plate with 3 meat and hubby gets their wonton egg noodle soup. He got the pan fried flat noodles this time. It's good if you eat it fresh. We took the leftovers home and it was mushy when reheated. Service is good.
