Please do not pay attention to the reviews on the Quesabirria tacos here from a year ago . They USED to be good but the last two times I have went they have been absolutely trash. We are talking soggy tortillas, meat had absolutely zero flavor and don’t get me started on the consommé I’m pretty sure they just threw some beef broth in a bowl and stirred it up it taste like warm water with the dash of salt. Not to mention they throw all of the pickled onions, raw onions and cilantro in a plate and you can tell it is made with absolutely no love. I can’t complain about the amount of meat They put in because it is a large amount but it doesn’t really matter what it taste like nothing . I had to add a bunch of condiments at home just to make it edible I wanted to take it back up there to complain but was afraid they might spit in my food. My husband had regular tacos de fajita and they were really good, kind of small in size but if I do you ever go back I will absolutely not get the birria ever again. Hard pass!

I literally just finished eating, I got 6 kids quesadilla with flour tortillas, 3 quesadillas w/fajita for (adults) and one order of quesabirria. Ok so first of all my kids are picky. You can’t go wrong with just quesadillas. But I order the quesadillas w/fajita just too try them, let me just tell you that my kids loved the flavor of the fajitas, it wasn’t fatty and gross like most places, I could actually eat the fajita without biting in to fat. This tells me that they buy quality beef or at least good enough quality not like those other taco trucks that cheat you by putting nothing but fat in their tacos. And they where fast, 10 minutes I was in and out on my way home. I will absolutely come back again.
