I love love this spot. A friend told me about this being her fave Katy spot. I always have to grab some when I’m in the area. The sauce hits and the food hits. There can be a wait cause it’s so poppin but I love coming by here. The other truck of churros next to it also is awesome.

BEST taco truck in Katy, Tx . Authentic Mexican food, great service & great atmosphere! We ordered at one window & by the time we went to pay, we had our tacos being given to us. Little to no wait for your food & the atmosphere, despite being behind a gas station & off the freeway.. is awesome ! They also have a salsa cart that has a variety of different salsas to try & pickled cucumbers & onions. We had 2 tacos de fajita. A torta de fajita. 2 quesadillas (one of chicken the other of fajita) & 2 agua frescas (melón & sandía) & it was soooo good. There are more food trucks & carts near by to try something different also or just to drink/ snack. I will forever recommend this place for authentic grab & go real Mexican food in Katy. My daughter rates it a “100/100” 🤩🤩

A delicious experience in Tacos Toluca! This place is ideal for lovers of authentic tacos. I ordered some tacos al pastor and suadero, and both were full of flavor. The meat was juicy, well seasoned and the freshly made tortillas were a plus. The green sauce chopped just enough, although the red one is for the brave 🔥.
The atmosphere is simple but cozy, perfect for a quick meal or a casual outing with friends. The service was friendly, although a little slow at rush hour. The prices are reasonable, with generous portions that leave you satisfied.
