Tea Top used to be my go-to boba spot, especially for their Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Q, which was always flavorful and satisfying. However, refit the past two visits, the tea had been noticeably watered down, lacking the rich tea flavor that once made it stand out.
Despite the inconsistency in drink quality, the staff remain friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant. Hope they can return to their previous standards because Tea Too has great potential. Will consider giving it another try in the future, hoping for an improvement.

The people here are always so nice and friendly. Vivan was so nice and friendly. I have to get the Wintenmeon drink, with cheese form. It's my favorite everytime I come here. I walked up the counter to order, Vivan greeted me with a wide smile, which I love and I order my drink, she got everything I was saying all in one try, she clearly knows what's she doing and is excellent with customers. She deserves a shotout. They do the best can when it becomes busy and I understand that. And they are very friendly staff, if you stand there and don't know what you what they will help you out. That's showing generosity towards there customers.

This is our favorite bubble tea shop in the heart of Katy Asian Town. The drinks are of good quality, the prices are reasonable, and the service is speedy. They are very efficient at serving orders quickly, even when busy. Remember to sign up for the rewards program as well.
Very cozy and clean store. This girl with pink hair took my order and she was super patient as it was my first time there. I wanted something with a strong tea flavor and she recommended the earl grey 3Q which was one of the top 10 recommendation. I don't usually go for milk teas because the tea taste usually gets over powered by the milk but to my surprise the tea flavor was still really strong! 10/10 definitely recommend. And the drink came out REALLY quick! Definitely stopping by the next time I'm visiting Houston.
