This is one of my favorite spots in Katy Asian Town. The staff here are always kind and quick with service. Both Anna and Michele were helpful with recommendations of the earl grey milk tea. Inside is clean with lots of seating. Definitely recommend!

Have been a few times and every time the tea has either been excellent or just average. I think it depends on who is working that day. I love that they have a lot of tea variety like jasmine and alpine green tea or Darjeeling and earl grey black tea. I just wished they steeped my tea a bit longer last time since the flavour was very mild. The jasmine tea has been excellent both times I got it.

Tea Top used to be my go-to boba spot, especially for their Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3Q, which was always flavorful and satisfying. However, refit the past two visits, the tea had been noticeably watered down, lacking the rich tea flavor that once made it stand out.
Despite the inconsistency in drink quality, the staff remain friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant. Hope they can return to their previous standards because Tea Too has great potential....
