Went into this location ordered food they messed up my order and gave me 4 pieces of meat in a large bowl a little veggies and all noodles called back to let them know of the mistake. I ordered a large and my kids who had a small and a medium had more meat on their plates than i did. The young lady over the phone was professional and nice. She apologized for the mistake took my information and told me to come back in another day to get the issue rectified with the manager. I went in and apparently she did not take my information and leave it for the manager. I sit there for 20 minutes describing who I talked to and what they look like as they call employees to verify. They finally reach the young lady and they tell me they can't do anything without a picture of the food. This isn't fine dining just a $13 meal they dropped the ball on and the Gm told me through the phone through the cashier I can give you 10% off your next meal or you can reach out to corporate. This situation was easily rectified by a refund or remaking the order. But I chose to go the corporate route. The GM then declined to give me her name so that I can tell them exactly who I was talking to in this situation. My kids enjoyed their food and it's down the street from our new home. What could've been repeat customers for years to come has now turned into the opposite. I will not support this establishment due to poor customer service.

I came in right before closing (i'm so sorry) but the staff was very kind and still let me order. I love the food here and I just needed a bowl. 10/10 for being clutch!

This place was delicious. We found this place during our daughter's volleyball tournament in Katy. We will definitely be back. I got chicken and my husband got steak, both were very good and filling.

Picked up a to go order of Beef Teriyaki and that was handed to me with friendly greetings & a smile. The beef teriyaki was tasty & well cooked. I have previously had the chicken thigh teriyaki that was tasty as well.

I ordered NO TERIYAKI and guess what they gave me? Yup! The service was outstanding. Just wish I could have eaten what ordered. Personally I did not like their egg rolls but I'm very picky about my egg rolls. Guess I gotta try something different.

The cashier ( black lady)was very unwelcoming and wasn’t pleasant to see customers. Said our order and she would talk but in a low and fast voice. She does not look like she is happy for this job and came of rude. I have been to another location and the atmosphere is better! I recommend the one by i10 and Westgreen.

Update on my last review: I came back and the same girl at the counter was there. I came to pick up my order and she was on the side counter. Asked my name and told me to come get it. As I was checking my order someone of a different race came and she walked further then I was and gave them there order. Very racist. Another black woman was there and the order was wrong and she was rude. I have not had racist treatment in years. It's 2023 they need to get rid of her. I can't believe this! And my chicken was pink but I won't be coming back and will be post on other social media about this place. I think her name is Katie...Do better
The food is very good, but the only thing that place is missing, is better customer service.

Waited on my food for 30 to almost 45 mins when they wasn't even busy. Little Girl in the front didn't have no urgency to see what's going on with my food. Like 30 min bro when nobody was in there. I know not to come late not here anymore because the people at night are slow & careless.. so annoyed..

Great service! The young lady that attended me was very helpful.Her name is Luvi. She was very helpful and explained the menu for me. The place is very Clean, food smells really good.

This location is horrible. Takes forever for 1 teriyaki bowl. Gets your order wrong. Then tried to charge me more after i already paid and was sitting doen waiting for my food. My receipt had exactly what i ordered and paid for on it. Wont be coming back to this location
