Well as it seems this place (Texadelphia) is a bit hidden from mild busy streets so i thought id leave a review to make it known however the customer service was amazing and the person responsible was a waitress known as Samantha. As it stand we have been to this place about 5-6 times and each time we got amazing service due to all the TVs they have with it a lot of channels to chose from and yes chose from if you ask the waitress they will gladly change it for you not to mention the manager himself comes out and does it fro you with glee and happiness and his name is Omar how ever this time we asked to change it he went beyond our expectations by pulling down a projector just for us to watch the Astro's game and for us not even asking for that shows that he does care for his customers and will do just about anything to please them. Both the waitress and the manager did hold conversations with us and overall i couldn't have asked for better service the 5-6 times we have gone. And thats not including the food and prices the avg price about 10-12 and serving size with most things is amazing and usually cant finish our plates due to how much they give (depending on the plate) and with that i will end of here i noticed i wrote quite a bit but that goes to show how much i truly enjoyed the food and service totally recommend.

This review pains me. There were only three staff working the whole floor and they were working their tails off. I am sadden that Texadelphia was not doing what was needed for their employees. I did not see a manager. Although I will say one staff member did not have proper attire. (A bra would have been appropriate. As a manager, she would have been sent home) The food was haphazardly thrown together and not what we have been used to in the past. We will not be back to this location. Please step up the game up or this location will not make it.

On 3 separate random occasions I ordered a south philly . Every random time I got home opened the wrapped sandwich and it had no cheese on it. This CANT be a coincidence but an unbelievable failure to provide an edible sandwich . Each time the sandwich was the driest most inedible experience and I actually forgot that it happened previously until it occurred each time so at this point it's a problem that is not a cheesesteak it's a meat sandwich so either you guys run out of cheese and fail to advise or you catfish and make a joke of it to yourselves or this is a crazy coincidence .. I won't make it racial but really what is the problem here and each time I though oh it must have been a little mistake but it had never been busy any of the random times I have ordered here so at this point I won't return and won't recommend.

I had the southwestern chimigana it was excellent, margarita awesome and onion rings perfect. On the other side of the table my husband's hamburger was dry, the bun was soggy, he loved his waffle fries and chips and queso were good. The place smelled like the toilet was overflowing. The staff person was sweet it wasn't to busy. All in all we gave it a 3 because of the smell. We will probable go back but sit outside. That should have been our first clue why everyone was headed outside on a rainy day.

I went at 1:25 pm today, June 26, 2021. The guy behind the bar was so helpful, engaging and what customer service!!! Kudos!!! Food was great. My son was happy. If son is happy, mom is happy!?

The Cheese Steak was just there, salsa was probably the best thing.The bread was good, but very little cheese, no flavor to the meat and typical sysco jalapeños. Service was barely acceptable as the server could barely be understood and got part of the order wrong.May try again, but doubt it. Much tastier places around town. Like their logo says, it's been modified for Texas, so cheaper, but larger portions.

Went in couple days ago for lunch, had the South Philly an some onion rings, the meat could be better if they used something else other than salt and pepper (if they even use that ). My server (i believe his name was Elbert?) was nice and warm welcoming (tho he did seem tired). Cant say the same for the other staff, there were two girls eating in the corner and my server had to get food for there tables (don't know if they were on brake but it didn't seem like it) All in all the food was ok, but ill stick with the wing place across the street.

Went there and had a salad, it was supposed to be their large salad and it was rather tiny.I was not impressed with the place or the food.It was not really bad, just do not plan on returning.My wife was with me and she had the same opinion.

Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu as far as suggestions. I ordered the South Philly Cheesesteak, my husband ordered one of the chicken cheesesteak sandwiches, and we had two kids meals. We also had the chips and queso as an appetizer. My cheesesteak was amazing! My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich, only complaint was it was a bit messy. . But they do bring plenty of napkins when you are seated. Both of the kids were happy with their meals. The restaurant was noticeably understaffed, but with the service we received you wouldn't be able to tell. The two waitresses were hustling and the manager, Omar, was also helping everywhere in the restaurant. He is the one who greeted and sat us. He came and checked on us two times during our meal and helped clear finished plates out of the way. Omar took the time to talk to us when we asked him a question and let him know how pleased we were with our experience. We will definitely be returning to Texadelphia in the future! Extra note: When talking with Omar he learned that I am a teacher. He thanked me and was knowledgeable to know that teacher appreciation week was just within the last couple of weeks. He gave us 10% off to show his appreciation. I told him he didn't need to do that, but he insisted. Thank you Omar and the rest of your staff for such a nice evening out with my family!
