Tonight I took my two kids to Texas Borders for the first time, and we all got the Buffalo and Hector’s Habanero wings which were AMAZING! Our server Ashley was the best waitress there by far, if you come her definitely ask for her!!!

Would have given a 5 star if the waiter would have not came to my vehicle to question and try to educate me on tipping. Food was over all ok, waiter offered a free appetizer which we gladly accepted and appreciated. However, there was no need for him to follow my family and I to our vehicle to question the amount tipped. I felt pressured to tip more.

Fries togo were crispy and very large portion. You can taste that they're cooked in a shared fryer, if that matters to you.

I have been ordering wings from this establishment since Kelli opened on Fry Road. She has the best wings in Houston...PERIOD! She does not sell little "two bite" wings like many other restaurants, her wings are huge and closer to drums than wings. I always order them battered with Explosive sauce because I like the heat. I remember the first time I ordered them at her store on Fry Rd., and the cook had to come out from the kitchen to see who was ordering 25 wings for one table. I assure you, the wings at Texas Borders will not disappoint. I will follow Kelli to the ends of the earth to get her wings...luckily I only have to drive to Katy.

Good Hamburger and small portion of Fries. Above Whataburger, below Whiskey Cake. Nice atmosphere. Good specials and happy hour. Convenient location near Katy Mills Mall. Waitress was cordial and attentive. I had the Hamburger with Chili and Cheese Queso. Delicious lunch. They make an excellent Gumbo too. However, I much prefer a good Hamburger. Definitely worth a return visit. On Monday they have BOGO Burger. Now that's a value treat! Was not as noisy this time as had been previously. They had the music turned down enough at the Bar so I could tell the waitress my order. Place was busy but not crowded. Enjoy.

Great place! Amazing fresh homemade food with large portions and priced right. The drinks were delicious and the service was attentive. Great week day specials.

Ordered some blackened wings and sauce on the side. The wings by themselves have a superb flavor, would recommend it over any other wing place. The frozen margarita flight ✈️ did take me on a journey. I’ll be back in next time I’m in town
