I really wanted to love this place because the atmosphere, decor, and service was great, but unfortunately, the chicken was just meh. I had the chicken bowl with the quinoa and I thought it was pretty bland. The fries were excellent though. Maybe the chef was having an off day, or my dish was an anomaly, but I prefer Urban Bird.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic chicken shop, and my experience was made even better thanks to the wonderful service provided by Natalie, our server. From start to finish, the visit was an absolute delight!First and foremost, the food was simply mouthwatering. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, delivering a burst of flavor with every bite. Whether it was the crispy fried pieces or the succulent grilled options, the menu offered a delightful variety that left me wanting to try everything. Now, let's talk about Natalie's service. She was incredibly attentive and genuinely interested in making our dining experience unforgettable. She warmly greeted us upon arrival, and her friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease. She was knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations and answering all our questions with a smile.Throughout the meal, Natalie ensured that we had everything we needed, promptly refilling our drinks and offering extra condiments without us even having to ask. Her efficient yet unintrusive service was commendable and contributed to the overall enjoyment of our time at the chicken shop.Furthermore, Natalie's warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Her enthusiasm for the food and the restaurant was contagious, adding an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience. In conclusion, I had a fantastic time at the chicken shop, and Natalie played a significant role in making it memorable. The delicious chicken dishes combined with her exceptional service make this place a must-visit for anyone craving a delightful chicken feast.

First time here and was surprised at the large selection of sandwiches. The food was great. Large portions and we got our food super quick. The restaurant is really cute and clean too. So nice to be greeted at the front by a very helpful and friendly girl. Best service we’ve had in a while.

This place has the potential to be a five-star establishment, and I sincerely hope it reaches that level. The whole fried chicken they serve here is good, and I haven't encountered any issues with it. However, the quality of the sandwiches seems to vary depending on the day. There are occasions when the chicken in the sandwiches is dry. I don't recommend the mini biscuits. They were cold and dry. When it comes to drinks, I haven't come across a satisfying one yet. Specifically, I'd like to mention their frozen margarita, which falls short of expectations. The drink is prepared using a blender, resulting in a watered-down consistency, and the ice cubes used are too large to pass through the straw comfortably. My suggestion would be to invest in a margarita machine or a vitamix for better results.

Very good food! Loved the unique Cole slaw and the Poutine fries. I accidentally ordered a chicken patty without knowing it was sausage {my husband LOVED it} and I do not like sausage, so I shared my daughter's Basic sandwich. Flavorful and juicy, big enough to share! And the sauces were so yummy! Loved the pineapple mustard, two things we never thought would go together! Will definitely be back.

The sandwiches are of huge portions. The fried thigh and chicken breast in the Firebird are tasty and juicy. Deco and vibe match the great food.

Great food and nice service. I tried the Firebird sandwich and it was amazing, the Caesar salad is also very good but different to the normal salad (in a nice way). Will definitely come

This place was clean and they had good customer service so that's what the 2 stars are for. It was slow on a Friday evening in La Centerra, so my radar went off that the food might not be great. I was right. The chicken fingers weren't seasoned before cooking but loaded with seasoning salt after already being cooked. The fries were over cooked almost like double fried. I had a power bowl which was okay outside of all the gristle on the chicken. Maybe it was a bad day? Not sure, but I don't think we'll be visiting again.

This place is GOOD! The spicy chicken sandwich (firebird) can come as a thigh, a breast, fried, or grilled. I tried the spicy fried breast and was not disappointed. It's just the right amount of spice where it is enjoyable, but I'm not having to suck down a drink. And the different sauces make for a great dipping adventure.

This a great place to go for good food and good service. Everyone is friendly and clean. I like the sauce options and the ginger ale as a drink option. This would be great for meetings, family/friends or just to enjoy the food, drinks and atmosphere.

We've eaten here three times over the past three months. The first time I was very impressed, the Katsu sandwich was excellent and the fries were some of the best in town. There was a mixup on our order but the manager gave us gift card, so all good. The second time I had the Katsu and fries again and once again excellent food. It was during Happy Hour but the young lady at the cash register did not give us the happy hour prices on our beer or our fries. When we went back to have her correct the error she acted unfriendly and indignant but eventually made it right. The third time we went I ordered the Doublefire sandwich which I did not like as well as the Katsu. Once again it was during Happy Hour and once again the same young lady failed to give us the correct Happy Hour prices on the beer or the fries. And we had a BOGO coupon for one of our sandwiches that she failed to register correctly on our bill. After repeated attempts of going item by item, her asking the bartender and then her boss for help she finally got the bill correct. She acted very indignant again that we would dare ask that we be charged the correct price for our food telling her boss "he's complaining about the beer on the bill."We also noticed a decline in the place from before, wet towels on the floor to mop up a leak of sorts, the ketchup bottle on our table was empty and slimy, had not been cleaned in awhile. The bathrooms not very clean, serviced well.In short, as long as you don't go during Happy Hour or bring a coupon and expect them to honor it then you will probably like the food.

Stopped by for dinner after shopping. This was our first visit and we were not sure what to order. My daughter ordered the chicken tender combo and had hers with the delicious honey mustard pineapple dipping sauce. The cashier recommended the coup de ville sandwich which was served with their fresh house made coleslaw...it was delicious! The chicken was crunchy and slightly spicy. The French fries were crisp and delicious...I was pleasantly surprised . The restaurant was immaculate and clean and the service was very fast and friendly. Either the manager or owner was there checking to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals. They also has some happy hour drinks and specials as they do have a full bar here as well. We really enjoyed our quick meal and we will definitely be back.

Best Chicken Caesar salad I've had in a long time. Kids meals were well priced and delicious. Atmosphere was fun and staff were very friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: Great kids meals that include drinks and a cookie. My kids (8 and 10) loved it.

I came with my little one to enjoy some food and time together. Like any toddler, he likes to play and shout. While, we were eating, we saw the manager making faces and gestures to one of the waitresses. I called the waitress and asked if everything was ok to which she reassured everything was alright. After few minutes, the manager approached us with a bad manner saying that she couldn’t have that kind of noises in the restaurant, and to this I add she was making bad gestures too. She was rude and not empathetic at all. We left immediately after this. We understand he was shouting, but she could’ve been nicer and gentle. For this reason, I give one star, although the food was good. But don’t come if you happen to have little ones. This restaurant needs a sign outside saying “no kids inside”.
