I can’t believe the cook would send out “The Toasted Yolk” signature dish this way for delivery. I rated 5 stars on the other stuff because this is not on the delivery person. Don’t do delivery because there is apparently NO quality control.

The food is great and certainly priced well considering its high quality. However, the service is awful. I placed an order online to-go to avoid dealing with bad service and somehow I still manage to experience the bad attitude from the hostess!

When people ignored you when you ask for service, you feel that you are not welcome, the lady this morning in the bar was absolutely rude ,not because she says something wrong but only because when I asked for my order she completely ignored me not even see me at the eyes wish is very important to represent the good service, she gave me the order in the end and I left ,but I back because I forgot the drink, when I asked her for the drink she didn't mention a word, im assume she just don't want to give me my drink ,I went to ask for help as soon I complain about her bad attitude, she starts looking at me , I don't want to think but I really felt ignored ,I do understand she was busy ,but she was gentle with the rest of clients, I do uber eats and I represent a company and of course im picking up an order for my client ,that is the most important think for me ! I wonder if the young woman that don't want to help me just see me as a deliver person, but she forgot that her attitude is the clear representation of her job ,it will be a good idea to consider all clients as a value client , not only who you think is important ..Clarifying I spoke with the manager and he totally was so nice , this place is wonderful just sometimes we are in the wrong moment with the wrong attitude of a person that maybe she don't like to serve just to a deliver driver , that I think is so wrong.

Meh, came here for a corporate lunch.
Wanted to be adventurous and tried the fried banana peppers, not a bad dish but definitely recommend sharing amongst friends. I got tired after a few bites.
I was hoping for breakfast but they didn't seem to offer a true breakfast platter. I obviously could have ordered what I wanted anyway via a-la-carte but I probably would have spent $50 on myself for the trouble.
I opted for the fried chicken sandwich instead, I tasted way more pickles and onions than I ever did chicken. The bun was struggling to contain it all. The BBQ Ranch they offer does absolutely nothing but give you a condiment to wash down a sandwich that would probably fare better if you carved it up into quarters like you would a toddler. Fries were fine.
The Morning Rita was probably the best part of my visit. I'd probably have ordered a second if I was there on my own.
Not a bad spot, just wasn't for me. I don't think I'll be back, but I wouldn't outright deter anyone from going to visit either. It is what it is.

Satisfactory chicken fried steak, wouldn’t order it again. The potato casserole was good though.

Our server was Jada. She only took our orders, and two other servers brought the food to us. While still in the middle of eating our food, Jada stopped by to ask if we needed 'to go boxes' for our food. She didn't even ask if we needed anything or if the food was good (it was great, by the way). This was simply rude of her as it seemed like she was just ready to be done with her day and wanted to rush us out.
We did take our sweet time because we weren't going to be rushed out of the restaurant. We walked past her on our way out of the restaurant, and she didn't even acknowledge us.
Our amazing experience last year (August) at Toasted Yolk was what brought us back here again as we were served by a very pregnant lady who was simply amazing at her job. She also gave us a complimentary 'Churro Donut' (must try) to celebrate my birthday.
This recent experience won't deter us from going back to this location as they have amazing food!

Had the Alaskan Arnold. It was delicious. The server, Matthew, was just ok. He could have checked on me halfway through my meal, but didn't. He was very polite and professional, otherwise.

Commenting specifically because Jaden needs a raise. This guy was making things happen! We were told by a diff employee we couldn't be seated outside bc of a cpl water glasses sitting on an otherwise empty table. Jaden got the table cleared for us outside so that we could pass inside seating to other waiting patrons. He grabbed us a high chair without us having to ask and was helping servers set tables when he could. There were several employees taking it easy while the place was packed. Jaden was running around making sure patrons were being taken care of. I hope he's being mentored for more responsibility bc he clearly cares about the job and has great work ethic. I don't see professionalism like this in restaurants anymore and I hope it's being rewarded.
Added bonus, we love the quality/ taste at Toasted Yolk and keep coming back for the great food.

So I decided to have breakfast with my niece here in the morning, it was pretty crowded at 10am but we got seated quickly. Our server came by greeted us with the smile and everything but after that she forgot about our table as a party of 10 came in luckily another server came by and checked on us, gave us the ketchup that I asked for earlier and never got it from our own server. Another downside is that the tables are pretty near to each other, others beside you could easily hear your conversation. Moving on to the food, I ordered the toasted yolk, it comes with 2 sausage’s, potatoes, and fruits. I gotta admit the potatoes and the sausages are really good, the toasted sandwich with running egg is just so so. Their espresso is ok, too. My niece ordered the yolkwich, it’s huge and she says it’s flavorful, she actually likes it. She also says that the grits is pretty good, too. Overall, I would come back with my entire family but hopefully our own server won’t forget about us.

This restaurant is always very busy so I recommend that you join the wait list before you head there. On my most recent visit, I checked in 35 minutes before arriving and still had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated.
The food is delicious and the drinks are reasonably strong. Prices are roughly $15 per person and then add $11 per drink, so this is not a budget friendly option. The restaurant is packed so it's fairly noisy. Ambiance is good and presentation was very good as well.

If you have southern blood in you, or grew up enjoying savory cheese grits, this is the the spot for deliciously seasoned "Shrimp & Grits"!
