I usually don't leave review, and I understand inexperience students are working in summertime. I love to see them learn and thrive.

We love this location and the bunch cocktails.

But a final straw is dropped, we took the experience a one-time situation, and 4 stars is mercy. This is what happened:

Kid meal chicken fingers for my schoolaged child were hot and spicy. Why? Was there a mess up in the kitchen? It's not Mexican-level hot ( we love Mexican food), but super peppery with a strong burning aftertaste, he left most of them. I only found out the next day after I reheated them in the toaster oven and tasted them.

And they were dry and burnt dark brown when they were brought to our table. The chicken on my benedit was dark brown with black edges too. Someone forgot to watch the fryer in the kitchen. We ate anyway because we hated wasting food.

Tasting the hot and spicy chicken fingers supposed to be for kids made me decide to leave the review.

Still, I took it as a one-time situation.

We went out of our way to this location
Promptly seated and approached by super friendly waitress Maria.
Both breakfast entrees cooked to perfection and she checked back with us.
Great experience every time here.

Sat down for about 10 minutes with my family and was never even greeted. It’s Thursday and they were not that busy. We went down the road to First Watch instead where we had no issues.

We had a small problem and the manager took care of it immediately.
I go to places and the tea sucks. The tea here was excellent!!!

Listen, I love this place. I love their breakfast and their lunch. However, please please please get other lettuce besides spring mix. My entire salad is ruined as there is no other lettuce but spring mix!

Was pretty full on a late Sunday morning during the Christmas holidays. Only got busier.
The service was good considering the crowd.
The veggie scrambled was amazing. Pancakes were huge and fluffy.
The avocado toast was ok, have had better in other places.
Overall, recommend for a good weekend brunch.

Walked in and sat at the counter. I sat there and waited for 10 minutes and nobody greeted me or took my order so I walked out. Its mind boggling to me how someone can walk into your establishment, sit there for 10 minutes and walk back out without anyone noticing.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. Was sitted and waited an hour or more for service to take our order.

The food is great, but idk why it feels so understaffed.
