Not the best Customer Service not the most polite or welcoming environment to order. They are clearly understaffed if no one is available to help out and take a simple order.
Good cookies but they are very expensive worth it
It’s a tad bit sweet for my liking, but I do appreciate the customer service here. It is always excellent and the cookies are at least always consistent. I had gotten food poisoning from a nearby bakery that is from a Venezuelan establishment located in old Katie, so I was very hesitant to try bakeries since I had gotten sick at one recently, but this place is definitely very clean and adhering to food safety measures.
Excellent cookies just a bit too sweet for us but customer service was A+
They deserve 5 stars, that’s for sure!

The man working the counter was very very kind. I’m thinking he’s the franchise owner for tips treats anyway he was very nice. The cookies are really good. It was his exceptional customer service that made our visit the cookies you can’t get cookies. That’s a good thing.
Echoing the sentiment of some of the other 1 star reviews regarding customer service. Pick up orders should have a separate line and not have to wait for people who are ordering at the store. I had to wait as several people placed orders and then when I was up next in line they decided to help the person behind me who had a pick up order before me. My order had been placed online as a pick up order and was not even ready yet so I had to wait even more after being helped. The system they have in place is more frustrating than anything.
Down to the packaging.These cookies are hands-down the best cookies I’ve tried. You could tell they were fresh baked before being delivered because I’m about 13.1miles out I think earliest arrival is about 51 minutes and the cookies were very much moist and warm. Absolutely phenomenal!
I love this location because the staff there are all great. Too many great staff to name individually that are so kind and welcoming. Thank you!
