I walked in to buy 4 chocolate chip cookies, but they had to bake some more. I didn't mind waiting. When they finished baking, they gave me a whole dozen of chocolate chip cookies (I think because they felt bad that I waited). I thought this was a nice gesture. It left an impression, and is worthy of a 5 star review.

This was my first time here, and staff were very nice and i loved the aroma of fresh cookies baking. I loved the packaging with the ribbon around the box, nice touch.
The chocolate chip cookies were very soft and out of this world. I've been to many cookie places but Tiff's is better, honest. I'm not from Katy, but it's worth a 30 minute drive.
I definitely recommend this cute little shop.

REPOST: Just wanted to update the situation and write this update. I just wanted to say thank you to Rob and Jaslyn for making this cookie hiccup eatable...What i thought were the replacement cookies being delivered as subpar was in fact the first initial order arriving 2.5 hrs past the designated delivery time. While on the phone with Rob who was trying to make this right, my replacement order set up by Jaslyn was delivered, warm and fresh :-) I can redact my original post and truly say that Tiff's staff came through to make me a happy customer again and leaving me feeling all warm and fuzzy on the inside...
Original: I just wanted to say that i was somewhat disappointed with my most recent cookie order. Items were delivered to a wrong address and the cookies i received for the reorder were sub-par (not even warm). I am thankful to Jaslyn who handled the initial complaint of cookies going to wrong address per the contracted delivery vendor and was able to send out a replacement order, but all things set aside since Tiff's driver made the 2nd delivery, (the cookies again) were beyond sub par overall a very dissatisfied customer.
