I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere upon entering this establishment. It felt like I had entered a home away from home, where hospitality reigned supreme. The restaurant exuded a sense of comfort that made me feel instantly at ease. Our server, Cherry, was an absolute delight. She was not only kind and attentive but also made sure to cater to all the customers' needs, including myself, ensuring that everyone had a memorable dining experience. I would confidently give this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. Every moment spent there was thoroughly enjoyable, and I am already looking forward to returning to savor the delectable food and soak in the inviting ambiance again.

Good service and decent noodle although it’s weird that noodle soup comes with a bowl of white rice, in which we took home (we ordered Szechuan noodle soup). Since they also serve dishes other than noodles, the rating should take into consideration what they are serving too.

The greatest disappointment is the Xiao Loong Bao, which is the SOUP DUMPLING. If you have eaten actual soup dumpling, as the name implies, there are soup inside the dumpling, and are very wobbly, piping hot and very fragile. Once pierced, the steamed evaporates. Apparently they have a different type of soup dumpling here. Not only that they brought out the dry shredded ginger without vinegar (we had to asked for it), the dumplings were dry, hard and lukewarm. See attached video.

We also noticed that other than the floor staff, the kitchen staff were all Hispanics, perhaps they don’t understand Chinese food.

In my experience no matter which Tigers you go to in Houston the food is absolutely amazing. Big fan of the spicy schezuan chicken and spicy poached fish. Love Tigers so much! ❤️

I took my visiting family here as I had consistently seen many good reviews. I was si disappointed ? everything tastes frozen out the bag. The place was hot almost sweating, the service was great, but food just was not it unfortunately. Shrimp out of the frozen bag.

I got 2 sesame chickens , 1 order fried rice, 1 order noodles- all the food was great!!! Me and my brother (a teenage garbage disposal) ended up making 5 meals out of everything. So even tho it was about $55 - we ate our hearts out and managed to make it 5 servings so about $11 a serving.

Pretty good food, and they have some vegetarian options. Service was reasonably fast. Not a bad place to grab lunch.

I recently visited tiger noodle with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we felt rushed and unwelcome. The staff hurriedly sat us down without any greeting or explanation of the menu, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening.

Our waiter was particularly problematic. Every time we made a request, his tone was condescending and dismissive, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. When it came time to order, we were excited to try the food with a specific level of spice, but the waiter refused to accommodate our request without any reasonable explanation. This left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

To top off an already frustrating experience, when we attempted to pay the bill, we were told that their card reader wasn’t working. Instead of offering a solution to inconvenient solution the staff asked us to either Zelle them or pay in cash. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially since we had planned to pay by card. Being forced to scramble for cash or use a different payment method than intended just added to the overall dissatisfaction with the visit.

Overall, the lack of customer service, the dismissive attitude of the staff, and the payment issues overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. We were really looking forward to our visit, but sadly, the experience fell far short of our expectations.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

This was a new place for us to try today. I really enjoyed the freshness and flavorous of the food. I have market as a favorite so I can come back when I'm in the area. We ate at the Katie location. Waitstaff was on time and everything seemed really clean. Thank you Tiger noodle House for a great lunch! See you again soon.
