Pretty good dim sum here. We ordered a variety of dishes to get a taste of everything. Instead of cart service, you order off a menu.

First round had the Wontons in Hot & Spicy Sauce which was alright, as well as the Steamed Rice with Minced Beef and Egg which I also thought was alright.
Second round got the Pan Fried Noodles with BBQ Pork which I thought had great flavor but was a bit dry. Adding some chili sauce made it better. Then also tried the Baked BBQ Pork Buns which were really really good: soft, crispy, sweet, savory. Amazing!
For dessert the Sweet Osmanthus Jelly was just not for me, but the Lava Custard Sesame Balls were increeeedible.

We came during the weekday, so we don't have to wait for our table. Food was good and services was awesome.
We came for an early lunch right when they opened so the service was quick and efficient. The server was attentive and checked on us several times. We enjoyed all the dishes that were ordered. Not too salty or greasy like other dim sum joints and light enough to grab bubble tea afterwards!

Absolutely disgusting service and zero regard for basic hygiene. We hadn’t even ordered yet when the waitress twice dumped random dishes on our table. Then, after we finally ordered, our food was served to the next table. Five minutes later, the same waitress grabbed those same plates from the neighboring table (where customers were already sitting) and plonked them onto ours, saying “it’s still fresh.”
Picking up food that has been sitting on someone else’s table and serving it to another customer is completely unacceptable and outright unhygienic. We felt sick and couldn’t eat. This is not a small mistake, it’s a serious food-safety failure from a place. They deserve ZERO stars
