I dug in a little too fast and even forgot to take a photo of the wontons in spicy sauce.Everything was super fresh - and seasoned perfectly. We loved the pork pan fried noodles, the blanched Chinese broccoli with garlic, wonton soup and the fried dumplings with pork & fried shrimp (we weren’t sure if some would like this but OMGoodness) so scrumptious - the dough was like the red bean curd balls I’ve had before - it was so good!A must visit!

The dimsum was really good and fresh compared to others in Katy. Price is not too bad at all either. Staff was always friendly and vibe was really grand and nice.

The food is delicious, and the ambiance is well-designed.However, there's a need for improvement in the reception service; either the current staff should be replaced or trained adequately. While the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful upon request, their lack of enthusiasm is evident in their demeanor.

It is quite a disappointment that we were expected to dine there for long. We thought by its fame, the food should be at least decent. Plain rice roll with scallions-there is not a lot of scallions and some of it have none. It is the worst Chinese broccoli I had ever had among all dim sum restaurants I had ever been to. Beef brisket is ok but a bit cold. Chicken fee is half cold half warm that you can tell it did not get steamed well or it has been sitting out for a while.I will not come back again. If you really want dim sum, I will recommend you to dine at crown seafood instead, which is still the best dim sum I tried in Houston area so far.

It’s unbelievable that they have the balls to serve only this tiny portion of string beans with this large plate! LOL!

I don’t understand the hype from this place. This is by far one of the worst dim sum places I have been to in Houston. The food was horrendous for the insane price they charge for the tiny portions. The noodles were dessert dry, the rice was soggy, and the pork was way overcooked. The service was rude and aggressive. They don’t let you sit down unless your whole party is here even if there are multiple tables open. I understand this when there is huge waitlist, but in this case it seems unnecessary making many people standing by the door awkwardly. Overall a terrible and expensive experience. Will not be returning and I recommend you to go somewhere else.

Great food, great dim sum! Had a great time dining here. Can be busy and there is no reservation but yelp waitlist. Definitely recommend using the waitlist depending on the day. The food is great and he ambiance just right. The service was good, clean and fast. The choices for food are as expected, but definitely check the menu for the location as not all foods are available at all locations. Definitely will revisit.

Food was very good. We tried a little of bit of everything and everyone enjoyed their food. Service was a little slow, they let dishes stack up and demeanor was matter of fact because it was a busy Saturday. Their were a lot of kids and it was noisy.

We really wanted to try this place and I saw the hype for it. We really liked the designs, especially the cool doors. Food left something to be desired, versus the cost. The place isn't terrible, just wasn't worth it for us. The food did not seem authentic, and some was mushy/covered in oil. Not cooked well, so not worth the price. My girlfriend is from Hong Kong and didn't care for it either.Maybe we will try again at a future date and update this review to match the experience. For now we prefer the authentic dim sum options on Bellaire. | | Price: A little too high.Parking:Free. Can get crowded in afternoons.

I didn't see any reviews, it's 3.7, no wonder there are so many bad comments. Firstly, the older woman serving tea looked at me with a sour face. I can understand she might be tired from work, so I smiled and said thank you. But she still had a sour face. The cup and spoon I received had food residue on them, unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. The vegetables in the noodle soup were rotten, also unclean. I called an Asian manager over, but he didn't even apologize, just left after a few words. Finally, Cyndi came and asked if everything was okay. I told her the vegetables were rotten, and even though the manager came, there was no apology. Cyndi asked if we needed anything and apologized for compensation. We didn't ask for anything. Thank you, Cyndi, at least you made me a little happier.

A very pleasant experience, the waiter helped me a lot since it was my first time in this place, the food is very delicious, authentic flavor, that is why they have a lot of clientele, I will definitely come again.Parking: It took me a little while to find parking because there were a lot of people that day but it was worth it.Kid-friendliness: It is a good place to go as a family, I saw many families, especially Asians.

Exploring this cantonese dim sum place during lunar new year. This place provided decent food, bustling eatery with prompt service staff. Would like to visit this place to savor other plates.

My boyfriend and I had been looking forward to coming here since a friend recommended it to us, we had read through the menu and decided it was up our alley and went around 5pm. When we walked in, it wasn't very busy. We waited for a few minutes before a hostess (possibly manager) walked up in which we were not greeted or asked any questions, just looked at. My boyfriend asked for a table for two and preferably a booth. The man responded, "shouldn't you look at a menu first?" I thought this was an odd question, I brushed it off thinking maybe their menu had updated so we said, "sure, we will look at the menu." He hands us two menus as an Asian family walked in behind us; he promptly greeted them politely and seated them without asking them if they should look at a menu before seating. We thought that was odd as well but continued on looking. We picked out a few things we knew we wanted to try and looked up to catch the hostesses attention to let him know we were ready to sit down...he never came back. Instead he stood about 8 feet away looking out of the window, ignoring us. A kind waiter who was running around helping tables noticed us and ran up to help. I told him we had changed our minds and thanked him. We ended up walking a few doors down to a sushi spot that had great service and food.
