Nice coffee shop to stop by on a rainy day! It was pretty large with plenty of seating. They had a variety of items for sale from the usual coffee items, teas, and some fit options with protein !They offer food such as snack items (pretzels and savory pastry items.) Ordering was a breeze and easy going. The staff was kind and courteous. As far as the seating and tables they have these place cards to let you know they are clean and all you do is turn over the card when you leave and the staff is aware of cleaning the table. The bathrooms are also clean and tidy!I opted to get the cafe mocha protein with lactose free milk. It tasted good. I found it neat I could have coffee and protein together here. Most coffee shops don’t offer this.I think the only thing that could be better are the drink carriers mine fell apart by the time I got to the car.

I'm really glad I got the chance to try out Tom N Toms Coffee! The cafe looked pretty and relaxing inside, and I love the uniqueness of the drink and food item options on the menu. The service was friendly too.♡ Iced Rose Latte. 3/10My drink came layered, so I decided to mix it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the drink. In my opinion, I think the rose flavor was too subtle for me, and the drink was very milky. As a result, it felt like I was just drinking milk. I think I prefer stronger flavors, whether it's with the coffee or the flavored syrup. Maybe adding an extra shot would help?♡ Buldak (Spicy Chicken) Pizza. 7/10Something about the pizza is so aesthetically pleasing to me lmao. Anyways, the pizza was good! The shredded chicken pieces are hidden under the cheese, and they definitely packed some heat! I think this pizza is the perfect size if you're craving some, but you don't want to eat too much. It's also easy to eat without making a huge mess. I like it!｡ ₊°༺❤︎༻°₊ ｡FINAL VERDICT:Although I'm disappointed in my latte, I'd still like to try out their other drink options, and that honey cheese bread looks good. If you don’t care for overly sweet coffee then this is your place! I’ve tried several of their iced lattes and they’ve all been great. My go-to is their iced dirty chai, best one I’ve had. I do wish they offered lighter option snacks and pastries to enjoy with your coffee, hopefully they’ll add more options in the near future.

you should acknowledge your guest when they are trying to give you business & order a coffee. first time here, won't be back. the girl stood in front of the register knowing that i was ready to order cause her coworker asked if she could finished my order. instead she stood right in front of the register, didn't say hi, didn't look me in the eyes... & i was awkwardly standing IN FRONT of her for a FEW MINUTES while she was doing nothing... she was listening to people talk in the kitchen but she couldn't at least ask me to wait... how awkward. my sister ordered a drink before me.. it wasn't well done regardless. first & last time here.

Me and my husband have been wanting to try this place as it was close to our place and had good over all reviews. Atmosphere and cookie butter toast is why it was given 3 stars. Someone said in the reviews it's a try once and never go back, I'd incline to agree, unfortunately I wouldn't choose to come back here. Drinks were not very spectacular, we had a hazelnut latte and campfire latte. Cheese pretzel was more like stuffed crust, not the pretzel bread you'd imagine, so it was subpar. The best thing was, like I said, cookie butter toast and atmosphere. Didn't notice anything special about service, it was a self serve ordering system. Too bad the drinks didn't match up to the hype cause I would have loved to come here and work. A big thing we experienced was a lot of heartburn after ? so that's probably the biggest reason we won't be returning.

Tom n Tom is no doubt a good place to get coffee and a treat. It has become a favorite place for me. The staff I’ve encountered have a almost always been friendly and sweet. However today it seemed some new people were being trained and the woman training them, who I assume is something of a manger, was being extremely condescending to her trainees. Of course the trainees is going to make simple mistakes such as accidentally skipping a step, especially when the trainee seems very new. The way she was correcting the trainee with impatience and a tone that made it seem the trainee was stupid was a scene I did not enjoy, especially since the manger did not care if anyone heard her from the volume she was speaking.Overall service is amazing. I just didn’t appreciate the way the woman was treating her staff. I hope she doesn’t treat them all like that.
