Worst place ever, they bring the tacos cold the first time, they apologize and because they are so rude they bring it next time mild. The meat is chewable, a dog won't eat that food. Dont go in there , trashy place run by kids. Am surprised how many people I see eating there by day!!!!

Had a hard time finding parking and the restaurant was pretty crowded. They messed up a couple of orders but we managed to sort it out. I think it was just a busy day. I'd definitely try again!

Food was ice cold! Got here at 9:15 pm ordered food to go. It came out pretty fast which was surprising. Now I see why it did all of our tacos and queso were ice cold.

They are very welcoming. They are very detailed oriented on their menus, talking about their specials and their flavors of their tacos which was very enticing. Especially their manger Mike who was asking us if we were ok and how we were doing. Really nice and comfortable customer service.

Torchy's Queso is truly a divine gift to humanity, something not made of this earth, a magical elixir, pure liquid gold, a fountain of youth. There has not been a queso I have ever had that compares and I fear will not ever be one to surpass it. It is so rich, smooth, the scoop of guac adds layers, the green chiles make me want to dance, and the extra spice of diablo sauce truly make this a supernatural creation. Since moving out of Texas it is the one menu item I think about at least once a day and live for to return to and have again. My 2026 new years resolution is to convince Torchy’s Corporate to open a location in NYC. Thank you for this creation.
Now that Ive expressed feelings about the queso, lets talk about the tacos. So many to choose from including a secret menu which is so fun. My fav which I always have to get is the Trailer Park. Probably the furthest thing from an authentic taco but hey it’s genius and it’s delicious so just silence and eat it. The chicken is always crisp, and the green chiles once again make me want to dance. I also tried their taco of the month this month which was the Swinger. Pork had such a fire flavor and the pineapples were juicy, really enjoyed this one!

Being from Austin, I love torchy‘s and was so excited to try this one and Houston. Went for breakfast and it was absolutely horrible. The eggs weren’t scrambled they were folded, the cheese was cold and didn’t look very good. Compared to what you get in Austin it’s really bad.

Torchy's tacos is a convenient quick trip in La Centerra. They have great queso and guacamole for snacks during shopping trips. However, the tacos are inconsistent. Sometimes they're fresh, and other times they're struggling, especially for the price tag on them. The breakfast tacos seem to be the most consistent at this location. I keep coming back because of the convenience, but there are other options in the area worth exploring.

I have been to multiple Torchy’s franchise locations including the original one in Austin. Food quality, preparation, ingredients and sauces are definitely not what it used to be and should be expected. Torchy has decided quantity over any quality. However this one takes the Torch in being a poor franchise outlet. Hair on the inner surface of queso bowl! That is uncalled for and totally unhealthy. Noticed , hair net in food prep is not enforced . Order was not taken correctly, and Ricky’s excuse,”sorry we are very busy” After a substantial wait, to go bag was ready. With an unpleasant surprise of hair in queso.

I came in to get a to go frozen margarita while waiting 10 min for something so simple the customer service was horrible…no one apologized for the wait and they didn’t get the order right. They weren’t even busy!! I’m never going back

Staff was very unapproachable when we tried to order. Felt as though we were being rushed because sure enough one of our entrees came out incorrectly. Got up to get it fixed it then came out and was cold and had no sauce on it. Too frustrated to get it fixed when the staff member that dropped it off seemed irritated. Love torchys but this location and experience was not worth it.
