I pick up an order to-go weekly. The order is always accurate and the food is good but it's disappointing that the ladies at the bar hand me my order and just walk away. It would be nice if they would say "Thank You" or "Have a nice day." Appreciation for the customer's business is important to me. There are lots of other restaurants in the area who's staff gets it. I guess I'll start giving my business and tip elsewhere.

*** Oct 2024 update... this location is still great. It's better than most of the other Torchy's I have gone to. Good food, nice servers, clean bathrooms (but needs some handy work to be done in a few places like the bathrooms (e.g.; touchup painting, minor repairs). I didn't notice a manager on duty but was focused on the tasty food.

The food was well cooked still warm and taster AMAZING!!! The service was also very well and helped with us what to order. Also very nice, polite, and welcoming! The atmosphere is very fun and casual atmosphere and is a good place to talk. I will definitely come back!
