First time here, speak very little Spanish so being a non Spanish speaking person, was bit challenging putting in the order. I order Haurche (beef), and my son ordered a Torta expected more seasoning but not bad since my first time.

We drove 50 minutes to get here and arrived at 8:26pm. Closing time was 9pm. When we ordered, I was asked if my order would be for here or to go. I said for here and the girl said “well it has to be to go because we’re about to close”. We drove all this way so we ordered anyway. The food was okay, but I could not enjoy it well because we had to eat in our car. One of the guys turned off the “open” sign at 8:38pm. I don’t think this business understands what business hours are. If your door says closing time is 9pm, that is when you lock your doors and stop taking customers but until then a customer should still be able to come it even at 8:59. For this experience we will not be going back. Its a shame that a new business with decent food is already lacking in customer service.

Great tortas in a clean and nice restaurant. This is one of three locations, and they really know the tortas game. I had the Chancha, which was very good and the Pollo a la Plancha which was good too. I didn't see that they had deshebrada until after I ordered, so I'll get that next time. The staff spoke both English and Spanish, so if you don't speak Spanish go ahead and check it out.

Really wanted to like this place, drove by for years and finally stopped in today. Very disappointed- fillings were sparse as you can see from pic, not even 3 slices of a tomato? Barely any beans, very very thin slice of milensa - sorta sad. Street tacos were just okay. Probably better off going to a full on Mexican restaurant then this spot.

Stay very clear from this place. Horrible hygiene and customer service from Marisol. The place was completely empty and it took 36 minutes for two tortas that were not good tasting me. Avoid this place at all cost.

Tortas are good, Katy location sucks, we arrived at 07:00 pm and they refuse service, even though the "open" neon light was on, I asked the guy to give us service since it was 07:01 pm he just pointed out a paper on the door that says due to personal they are closing at 07:00 pm, bad attitude. Food? Great! Personal? Bad! Attitude? Horrible! At least schedules online should be updated.

Pretty good place for tortas, only been twice. Their portions are definitely worth the price and the tastes is good but i have yet to explore their menu throughly. Their chilanga torta is what i have tried so far and it doesn't disappoint.

Besides the fact the gentleman who answered the phone personally could have cared less to help me, 10$ for something that is so poorly made. They should be ashamed of such product.Waste of money.I won’t be going back FOR SURE.

I've been looking for a place that has authentic pambazos, Mexico city style and I finally found it. I cannot express the joy it brought to me when I found out this place sold pambazos and not just tortas. My husband and I stopped by and omg!!!! Those things are huge, big with flavor, exactly as I picture them in my head. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Will be going back to try the rest of the menu. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has been craving that traditional Mexico City flavor.

They are new so I’ll give a little break. The wait though was very long when there was only one table ahead of us. However, once our tortas arrived, it was worth the wait. Super fresh and delish. Definitely will go again.

Good food,la chilanga is my favorite torta.is missing in the menu torta ahogada

Great variety in the menu, the concept is based on Mexico City tortas and classic Mexican street food. If you are hungry and looking for convenience this is an amazing option.

I have been wanting to try this place and always forget about it. I finally stopped in an was looking forward to trying an authentic Torta de Melinsa. I was very disappointed. The meet was tuff and chewy with little to no breading. This will be a one hitter quitter. I have been there do that and will not be back....

First let me say we are big supporters of local restaurants. We have been wanting to try this place for a while now, but unfortunately this was a big disappointment. We ordered online, which I will say was easy to use. My wife asked for no sour cream. That was the only request. To her surprise when she checked the order before leaving it was covered in sour cream. one request and it was wrong, ok no problem they made another. She gets home only to find out they left off the meat on the torta. There was no other customers at that time she went so they were not busy and apparently only young kids work there. On a side note a burger was also ordered. Everything was correct (this had multiple request) but the burger lacked any seasoning. The fries were dry and no seasoning. Not even salt. Nothing special about the burger and I am afraid to say, you would be better off going to Burger King for a better burger. :(
