This is what I’ve been looking for in my area. The BBQ is delicious! The brisket is moist and tender. The sausage was delicious along with the ribs. The sides were very good as well. Well seasoned. Will be returning!

Stopped by this little gem today and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. The owners were so friendly and welcoming to their place! We got (1) two meat plate of chicken and brisket and (1) two meat plate of ribs and sausage both with a side of beans and potato salad! Everything was delicious! We will definitely be going back. You should too! You won’t regret it! 😋

I tried out Trapped Smoke Barbeque this past weekend and LOVED it!! It is open only on the weekends at the Exon Gas Station on South Mason just past Fry, between Beck Jr High and before Creech Elementary School. Check out the times on his website.
Everything on my 2 meat plate was delicious! It is the best barbeque that I have had in Katy! I especially loved his ribs!

Alright so we see this BBQ place with 4.8 stars, nested inside a convenience store. We checked it out just because of the reviews.
Well, I see why they have 4.8 stars, this food absolutely owns. Two of us shared a two-meat plate and it was more than enough. The meat is primo smoked, like, no sauce needed. This is the best smokehouse we've tried in Katy.

I like the food here but thats if im able to get it. I'm just frustrated I've wasted my gas and driven out here for the second time on a Saturday this month and they aren't open. Hours need to be updated or something. I'll update my review when I'm able to get food consistently.
Bbq is on point! Ribs were the best I had in a while! Brisket didn’t stand a chance! Bbq sauce is very very good! Sides are good! Overall best in the area for sure! So glad I found this spot so I don’t have to settle for spring creek
