I will travel to the ends of the earth to find this food truck! I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure that what you want is still available because they tend to sell out pretty quickly, but for good reason. The food never disappoints.

We discovered Trini Street Food and have now driven from The Woodlands two consecutive weekends. This family-owned business is a gem. Excellent customer service and hands down, THE BEST doubles in Houston and the surrounding area. How do we know? Well, we have tried doubles in Pearland, Spring, Baytown, and at another restaurant in Katy. Trini Street Food on Fry Road in Katy is THE place to be for delicious, home-cooked Trinidadian cuisine. You will not be disappointed! Tell them Kum sent you ✌️
