The employees are respectful, but my smoothie tastes watery. ?

Update: I went in there and told them it tastes watery. The young man working this shift is so sweet. ? he fixed it for me and it tastes a lot better. Now I feel bad for leaving my bad review. ?but I wish this location had the edible straws. It’s quiet in this tropical smoothie and the employees are quiet but they’re still kind and courteous.

Always love eating here! Staff here was very nice too, my smoothie was out of an ingredient and she waited until I got to the store to inform me and ask what I wanted for a substitution. What she recommended ended up being delicious! Will be coming back.

The Tropical Punch Smoothie is our favorite. If you like guava, you may enjoy it as well. The Smoothies are so good.

The service was amazing here! I was in and out in a flash. The people here cared about my order and made recommendations for my diet. The music was a vibe also. Truly amazing service from arleth and zyonne! I WILL BE BACK!

Great food and delicious smoothies. My favorite is the Thai chicken wrap and Bahama mama smoothie. Love coming here and getting food and smoothies I like.

Food in the smoothies are delicious. The first time I went I got a wrap and a smoothie. Very good girl who served me was excellent. Second time I went I ordered on their app. The boy who works there threatened me by saying he's going to spit my food. Next time I went there I will not be going back.

Walked in at 11 am. They opened at 8 am. No one greeted us. When we ordered, we were told they were all out. Looking at the reviews seems impossible since they keep getting 1 Star reviews. Great chain, but this one is most definitely not one of them.

I came in to try this smoothie place for the fist time and I was ignored cause I was black and patiently waited but when 3 other people that was a different race came in and I left due to being ignored she decided to take there order after I left on on Friday June 7 between 8:10 -8:20 profiled then I went to drive thru just for a man to answer very rudely for no reason at all I will make sure to report this to corporate office

I went here with my kids and in laws after a morning at a petting zoo. After my mother in law ordered, I stepped up to order and the girl turned around and walked away. A few minutes later she asked if I wanted to order and I told her yes. I ordered my 1st smoothie and she turned around and just left. I started my order over again but she stopped after the next smoothie to text on her phone, I thought she was giving me my order free for the poor service. Then she left again. This happened 2 more times until I was finally able to pay. I came back to ask for some extra sweetener but was told they don’t have it until a manager came up and handed me what I was asking for. Our food was packaged well if it was to go but it was dine in so a lot of packaging waste. I felt like we were bothering them and probably won’t return.

Way too sweet!!! I normally go to the Tropical Cafe in the Kingwood area, so today since me and my family were in the Katy area we got 2 avacolada from this location. It is undrinkable! Way too sweet! I can taste nothing but sweetener. It is disgusting and I know it's not supposed to taste like that since we order this smoothie from our local Tropical Cafe very regularly.
