This was my first experience. We went to pick up some deserts late evening. We ordered other items and below is our experience,1. Ras malai - felt like they have packed Nanak frozen rasmalai in small box. The taste is identical. The milk had turned bitter in taste.2. Masala dosa - used heavily smelling reused oil in making dosa. My sister fell sick the next day after having it.3. Paavbhaji - Extremely spicy. Spice was not mixed properly with vegetables. Was not mashed like a paavbhaji should be.4. Chole bhature - the only item which was amazingly tasty.5. We bought 5 black forest pastries. They were stale and frozen. We could not stick a spoon in them. After trying we felt as they were in a freezer for a lot of days and gone spoilt.If you are the owner, please make sure the quality is better so that people’s health does not get affected.If you are a customer I would highly suggest not to even try this place.

Possibly under new ownership, and definitely with a new name, Katy Bakery and Biryani serves up very tasty South Asian food in a hurry. We had butter Chicken with a couple of samosas the other day, and the whole family enjoyed it. Not too spicy for the kids, and it took about 10 minutes from the time of ordering to pick up the food from the kitchen. Excellent service, too!

I would have been rated negative if there was an option, after the change of staff this place messed up big time. Specially the Lady who answer the phone and attends customers..super rude, no customer centric, Zero customer service…I will not suggest this place if there is important occasions like birthday, 1Z,2Z visits may be fine on your own risk.

Biryani was unbelievably spicy and i enjoy spicy but this was to much my whole family couldn’t bear it. Please never make your biryani that spicy again

Interior is nice, basic but clean. You can dine in with family or meet up for chai and snacks. I just picked up samosas from here and I'm gravely disappointed. I asked the man at the register if they were fresh, he said yes we make everything fresh and he said they have one of those big samosas.... well they don't make samosas in house, these are one of those frozen samosas that you can get 24 of for 6.99 at grocery stores. Disappointed, I know how to fry them and buy them... I expected more from a 'bakery'

Worst Puffs!! Egg puff had no filling. It was just chilli pwd and egg inside. Food is not consistent and does not taste fresh! Horrible experience!

Nice place for eggless Pastrie and Cake. Veggie Puff and Veg Biryani have been good for most of the time I have ordered. Samosa and Veg Hakka Noodle both are pretty decent. Still room for improvement. Also few times you go and they only have few items available and kitchen is closed for so and .so reason ...Again hope they are able to keep up with quality.
Very bad costumer service! Every time I call to order something (on their menu) they say that they don't have it. They always blame it on their Managment.

Every time you order something , they say “sorry sir we dont have it†or “our grill got burnt†or “we ram outâ€or “cook got sickâ€. I am the one who got sick of these guys. There used to be a guy who was humble and managed things pretty well .
