“Loved the empanadas. This food truck serves food cooked in the traditional style of the Eastern Venezuela region. Although the empanadas are oil-fried, which is not what typically go for, they were so fresh that I felt great after eating three big ones (although two was plenty if food). I highly recommend Margarita Bistro, and plan to return asap. Keep in mind that they have two locations with different hours. If in doubt check their instagram page for details. “Best Burgers ever !!! I think the best in Katy. And what I love the most is the fact that the food is completely fresh nothing frozen even the drinks are homemade and the customer service is outstanding.“

“I wanted to check this place out as I past it many times. This little restaurant serves Venezuelan pastelitos or pizza pockets.It was quite busy on Sat lunch as the place was 3/4 occupied but we took ours to go. My son and I chose the following:

Napoli pizza pastelito
Pepperoni pizza pastelito
Especial pastelito
Jalapeno pizza pastelito
Potato and cheese pastelito

These were pretty decent size deep fried pizza pocket where 1 or 2 can fill you up since it was greasy. It also came with a white sauce as a side to dip. Honestly I didnt think much of it. Out of the 5 my fave was Pepperoni since you can actually see the Pepperoni however the downside was the lack of the main filling i.e. hardly to no potato, or barely any jalapenos. All I tasted was gooey cheese. I wish these were labeled because I didn't know which pastelito was the one that I ordered so my son took a bite of each one to see what was inside lol!

Parking: Weekends are busy at lunch so it may be difficult finding a space to park“

“Visiting from Orlando, we ordered the chicken tenders! it was the best fried chicken, comes with waffle french fries, the most amazing tinny fried arepitas, and a Cobb salad…. I was eating pollos arturos (salad included) with arepitas de tropi burger …. POLLO DE ARTUROS! we had a moment… #IYKYK…“

“This is one of Katy's hidden gems. A delicious Venezuelan restaurant in the corner of a gas station makes my favorite arepa. The staff is always friendly and knows my order. The arepa is stuffed with cheese that has an amazing pull and savory beef. If you're filling up for gas and not filling up for lunch, you're missing out.“
